Leaning into the inherent trust of life.
There is a rhythm beneath everything and it is carrying you even now.
You don't have to understand how the tide moves to know it will return.
You don't have to hold the sun in your hands to trust it will rise.
For so long you tried to steer every wave,
To map every outcome,
To learn the illusion of safety through effort.
But now the invitation is different.
It's to loosen your hands from the wheel and remember that the current knows the way.
Take a slow breath in and as you exhale feel the weight of control soften.
The body doesn't need convincing.
It already knows how to release.
Your heart beats.
Your lungs expand.
Your cells repair themselves all without your command.
So much of life is already being taken care of.
You can rest in that truth.
Maybe something in your life is uncertain right now.
A decision,
A relationship,
A health question,
A future that hasn't shown its face yet.
You don't have to force clarity tonight.
You can let the unknown be half-formed like the moon behind clouds,
Still glowing even when unseen.
Notice the space between each breath.
That quiet interval is trust itself,
The small leap your body takes between what was and what will be.
Let that space widen a little.
Let it expand through your chest,
Through the room around you until the need to know begins to dissolve into the calm of simply being here.
You were never meant to carry the universe.
You were meant to dance inside it.
Life has always been larger than your plans and kinder than your fears.
When the mind says,
But what if,
You can whisper back,
Then I will meet it when it comes.
That is enough.
That is wisdom.
Feel the surface beneath you holding your weight.
Gravity itself is proof you are already being supported.
Even in uncertainty,
The ground still meets your feet.
Let the breath slow now.
Inhale,
Trust.
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Soften.
Inhale,
Soft acceptance.
Exhale,
Release.
You don't need to know the answers yet.
You only need this gentle faith that something wiser than your worry is guiding the way.
And if the need for control returns,
Just come back to this breath,
This pulse of life that keeps saying,
You can let go now.
Wishing you a beautiful rest of your day.
I'm Dandan Lu.
Until next time.
