And welcome to this Reiki healing session.
Today we will come together and send healing energy to planet Earth and all of the inhabitants here.
Whether you are new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner,
This session is meant to channel healing energy in a peaceful,
Gentle way,
Supporting the Earth and all living beings on the planet.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to set your intention for this session.
You may want to focus on global healing,
Peace,
Or supporting the environment.
Let your heart guide you.
Start by finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Inhale deeply,
Filling your lungs,
And exhale,
Releasing any tension.
Notice yourself settling in a little bit more from the breath.
Allow yourself to feel present and connected to this moment.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the Earth,
Into her rich soil,
Soil,
Rocks,
Water.
Visualize these roots reaching down through it all into the center of the Earth,
Where they connect to the heart of our planet.
Feel the steady,
Nurturing energy of Earth flowing up through these roots,
Entering your body and grounding you to the energy of the planet.
Allow yourself to feel centered and at peace.
Take a moment to place your hands on your heart.
As you do this,
Feel the warmth and love of your own energy.
Know that you are a channel for healing.
Whether you are an experienced Reiki practitioner or new to energy healing,
The Reiki energy flows through you naturally,
Bringing peace and balance to all it touches.
Now,
We will activate this energy.
Take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Visualize a soft,
Glowing light coming from the palms of your hands and from your heart center.
This is the Reiki energy that we are going to send out to heal and support the Earth.
Now that you've activated the Reiki energy within you,
Let's begin sending it to the Earth.
To do this,
We'll use a simple visualization.
Imagine that the light from your hands begins to grow and expand outwards like rays of sunshine.
You can visualize this energy as a beautiful white or golden light or any color that resonates.
Hold your hands out in front of you,
Facing outwards,
And imagine this energy flowing down into the Earth.
Picture it moving through the surface into the oceans,
The beautiful forests,
The fields,
The mountains,
And the skies.
Imagine it touching everybody,
All the living creatures,
The humans,
The animals,
The creepy crawlies,
Sending healing light to all the natural places that need it,
Restoring balance,
Health,
And harmony.
As you send energy to the Earth,
Affirm to yourself,
I am a channel for healing.
I am sending love and light to the Earth.
I am supporting the planet's balance and vitality,
And I am a beacon of peace and healing for all on planet Earth.
Take a few moments to breathe deeply and allow the energy to continue flowing into the Earth.
Imagine the land becoming vibrant,
The water clear and fresh,
And the air pure.
Send healing light to the areas that may be suffering,
Whether it's natural disasters,
Pollution or other sources of imbalance,
Social unrest,
War.
Imagine that these are areas being restored with loving energy.
Now,
We'll shift our focus to all the inhabitants on planet Earth,
Human beings,
Animals,
Plants,
All forms of life.
Send your light to each and every being.
See this light expanding,
Surrounding all living creatures with healing love and peace.
As you send this healing energy,
Remind yourself,
I am sending healing to all beings on Earth.
I am supporting all life to thrive in peace and in harmony.
Visualize this energy touching the hearts of humans,
Animals,
Plants,
Helping them feel safe,
Nurtured and connected to the Earth.
Feel the love and compassion flowing from you,
Knowing that your healing energy is supporting the planet and everyone here in profound ways.
Take a deep breath in and slowly release it.
As you do,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice the calm,
Peace and the connection you've created with life on planet Earth.
Before we end,
Let's take a moment to offer gratitude.
Feel the deep love swell up in our heart for planet Earth and for all the life that she gives to all of us.
Extend that gratitude to everyone here living and for the healing energy that has flowed through you today.
And thank you for supporting the planet and all its creatures.
