Welcome to this multidimensional healing light guided meditation for self and planet.
You have entered a sacred sanctuary of healing,
A space between the worlds,
A place where time softens and the light of divine love flows freely.
As you arrive,
Take a deep breath in and gently exhale.
Let yourself soften.
Let yourself be held.
This is your time to receive,
To heal,
And to remember the radiant light within you and around you.
Imagine now a soft glow of light surrounding you.
It expands slowly,
Becoming a protective cocoon of peace.
With reverence,
We call forth your highest guides,
Spirit allies,
Ascended masters,
Angels,
Galactic beings of light,
And ancient earth guardians.
All who walk in love and divine service,
Come forward now,
Surround this space.
Feel their loving presence gather around you.
You are safe,
You are not alone.
Now see yourself resting in a field of light,
A golden crystalline platform floating in a high dimensional plane.
This is your healing chamber.
All levels of your being are here,
Your body,
Your energy field,
Your soul memories,
Your future self.
A column of pure divine light begins to descend from source,
Streaming into the crown of your head,
Down through your spine,
Straight through you and into the earth.
This light is alive with intelligence.
This light knows what you need,
Where to go,
How to best serve you.
This light flows into your organs,
Your cells,
Your bones,
Your blood.
As it moves through you,
Allow it to cleanse,
Restore and illuminate your heart.
Take a deep breath into your heart,
Releasing any grief,
Reigniting the capacity to love,
Allowing the heart space to soften and any walls built up around the heart to come down.
Again,
Breathing into the heart,
Allowing glowing energy,
Healing light around the heart.
And now moving towards the liver,
Breathing into the liver,
Golden light,
Purging any stored anger and allowing the liver to purify,
Release anything that it's holding on to.
Again,
Breathing golden light into the liver,
Exhaling,
Letting the liver relax,
Thanking the liver for all that it does for you.
We'll move to the lungs,
Opening to breathe,
Opening for renewal,
Again,
Releasing any grief that's lingering in the lungs,
Allowing the breath,
Bringing in golden light,
Healing golden light into the lungs and releasing in the exhale.
Anything that no longer serves you.
Now to the kidneys,
Washing away any fear or stagnant energy,
Breathing golden light into the kidneys.
Now to your womb or solar plexus,
Awakening power and creativity,
Breathing in golden light,
Exhaling anything that doesn't serve you in this area,
Giving it back to source to heal and transform it.
And your brain bringing clarity and calm,
Breathing in golden light into the brain surrounding every part of the brain,
Letting it rest in golden light.
On the inhale,
Breathing in golden light on the exhale,
Releasing anything that's not serving in the brain that's no longer needed,
Letting it go.
Now the golden light surrounding your entire body.
You're now bathing completely in golden light,
All of your organs lit up with this golden healing light,
Feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Let the light fill every single cell recalibrating your body to its highest harmonic.
If anything arises,
Just simply breathe and let it move through you.
You're being cleared and healed fully and completely.
Now we will let the light shift into your energy body and begin clearing all the energy.
It begins to spin and cleanse your chakras from root to crown.
Each energy center awakening and clearing and aligning the root chakra.
Notice red at the bottom of the spine,
The chakra spinning and red on the in breath.
The red is becoming brighter and deeper.
And on the exhale,
It's getting larger and spinning more clearly functioning at its highest level.
And around your sexual organs,
Notice an orange chakra.
On the inhale,
Getting bright,
Brighter,
Orange,
And on the exhale,
Getting larger spinning more quickly,
More energetically pure.
And just below the navel.
The third chakra is yellow.
On the inhale,
Notice it brightening yellow,
And on the exhale,
Getting larger and spinning more quickly,
More vibrantly.
Giving it breath.
Moving on to the fourth chakra,
The heart.
The chakras green and color and on the in breath noticing this spinning wheel of light this green spinning wheel of light getting brighter on the in breath.
And expanding outward spinning more quickly on the exhale.
And on the fifth chakra is blue.
Breathing in,
Making a more brilliant blue light with your in breath and on the exhale spinning more quickly moving out more further.
The chakra being cleared and cleansed healed feeling a lightness in your throat.
And then moving to the third eye.
The sixth chakra which is indigo and color on the inhale breathing in the indigo becomes more bright,
More brilliant,
More sparkly,
And on the exhale,
Widening out spinning more quickly more healthfully,
Allowing your forehead to relax.
And the crown of the head,
Your chakra,
Seventh chakra at the crown is violet.
On the inhale,
More bright.
On the exhale spinning more quickly more broadly more healthfully.
As you give your attention and your breath to the space,
Balancing out each energy center is awakening clearing and aligning.
Feel the expansion as light flows into your aura,
Clearing attachments cords imprints and distortions.
Any feelings of shame,
Upset fear,
Any lower vibrations being cleared and cleansed.
From your soul star above your head to the earth star beneath your feet you are becoming a radiant column of multi dimensional light.
See sacred symbols and light codes begin to appear in your energy field.
These are keys unlocking dormant gifts and activating your healing potential,
Your divine memory receive them,
Trust them.
Take a deep breath in and just feel the beautiful vibrancy of your energy field in this moment.
You are light.
Feel your heart overflowing with light.
This light is not just for you.
It is meant for the earth.
Imagine now you are rising up into the sky.
Your spirit hovers gently above the earth looking at this big beautiful vast planet.
And from your heart,
A beam of golden light streams down into the oceans,
The forest,
The deserts,
The mountains,
Into every being who walks,

Call on your guides to amplify this light they are there with you with their own capacity of energy healing that they can co weave with you.
Together you send love into war zones,
Healing into polluted rivers,

You are creating a great healing wave radiating forgiveness,
Beauty,

Now see the whole planet glowing,
Pulsing with golden crystalline light,
A new grid of wholeness forming,
Being reactivated,
Enlivened by the light that you all are sending.
As you send this healing light to the planet,
You are also receiving healing light just channeling it right through you then to the planet.
Your loving guides begin to gather one last time.
One by one,
They bless you with symbols,
Healing colors and a gift.
