For the next 10 minutes,
Allow me to keep track of the time.
As you allow yourself to be here and give yourself permission to let go of everything outside this area,
Knowing you are safe and surrounded by the love of spirit.
As we share this meditation,
I will be sending you all the love and kindness to get through this challenging part of this healing process.
Take time here to check in with yourself and come to a place where you can receive and send this deep connection of love and kindness.
Check in,
Ask yourself,
How are you feeling?
How are you feeling physically,
Mentally and spiritually?
We are going to take some time here to send love and kindness to ourselves and others.
Open up to what this process is providing for you.
Feeling into the sensations that may be happening in the body and notice thoughts that come to your mind.
Start here with clearing the mental blockage,
Opening your heart space and softening the body into your environment,
Bringing this connection to where you are.
Be in a space of love and kindness no matter where this journey takes us.
Feel into the body,
Feel the love and kindness from spirit.
Ask yourself,
Where can you soften?
Take that action to relax.
Allow the body to become loose,
The mind to be clear and your heart to open.
With every exhale,
Let go of any thoughts you have carried into this space.
Let go of anything that no longer serves you at this time.
Be here,
Now in this space as you are.
Be in your most comfortable position.
Put a smile on your face.
Allow the eyes to roll in the back of the eye sockets.
Bring the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.
Hands are face up ready to receive.
Release any tension you are carrying in your shoulders.
Make up space as you may sit in a chair or lie on the ground,
Giving yourself permission to be here as you are.
Just being here in the now.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the inhale and exhale.
Keep your awareness on your breath as you soften just a little more.
The inhale and the exhale.
Feel into the rise and fall of the belly.
Let go of everything else.
As we begin to connect to this feeling of love and kindness,
I invite you to take this time to picture someone you love,
Someone close to you that is easy to be around,
That shows you support,
That person that is always there for you when you need them.
Take this time to send them love and kindness.
See your person face to face as you repeat,
I send you love and kindness.
I send you love and kindness.
Take your time to feel into sending your love and kindness to this person from the depth of your heart.
Now take a moment and picture someone you know,
Someone that is not really close to you,
But you know can use some love and kindness.
Maybe someone you passed at the store or a neighbor going through a hard time that you don't talk to often.
Bring this person to your mind's eye.
Send them love and kindness.
Repeat after me.
I send you love and kindness.
Allow your thoughts to be wrapped up in sending this love and kindness to this person.
I send you love and kindness.
At this time,
Take a moment and find it in you to picture someone difficult.
Difficult to be around,
Maybe someone that has hurt you in the past.
Seeing this person,
Find it deep within to feel the love and kindness.
Now take this time to send this love and kindness to this difficult person.
You may be finding this,
But keep trying and ask spirit to assist you.
Picture this difficult person and feel the love and kindness radiating from your heart space as you open up to forgive them on a deeper level through this love and kindness.
I send you love and kindness.
Keep repeating,
I send you love and kindness.
Imagine you are looking into a mirror.
See yourself standing there.
Allow yourself to be there staring back at you.
Without thinking or judging,
Feel the love and kindness from your heart space and send yourself the love and kindness from the deepest connection from within.
Feel it as you say,
I send you love and kindness from the depth of my soul.
I am sending you love and kindness from the depth of my soul.
Be in this feeling of love and kindness.
As we close this meditation,
Remember you can always come back,
Listen again,
Or come back to this love and kindness feeling at any time.
May your thoughts be filled with compassion.
May your words be filled with kindness.
And may your heart be filled with love.
