As we come together on this healing journey,
Be sure to take time to soften and relax into your space.
Make yourself as comfortable as you can.
Be sure to check into the body,
Connecting to your space and allowing any thoughts to fade and vanish into the darkness as you close your eyes softly rolling them in the back of the eye sockets.
We will begin with a short breathing exercise by bringing your attention to your breath as you take a nice big inhale through the nose.
Hold at the top exhaling through the mouth releasing and letting go.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold at the top and exhaling releasing and letting go.
Allow the mind to let go of thoughts,
The body to let go of tension,
And your heart space to let go of any pain.
Let go of everything that does not serve you at this moment.
Continue this breath.
Nice big inhale through the nose.
Exhale releasing through the mouth.
When you're ready returning back to a normal breath.
Keeping your awareness on the inhale and exhale.
Be all in as you let go of false stories that you have told yourself.
Coming to a place of healing as you let go.
Forgive and start living in love.
Everything you need to continue this healing journey is already inside you.
As you continue to be here in this stillness,
If thoughts come to your mind send them compassion as you let go of these thoughts.
I invite you to repeat after me.

I am taking this space so I can let go.
I am letting go of everything that no longer serves me here and now.

Bringing your awareness back to the breath.
Noticing the inhale and exhale.
Knowing you are in a safe place to let go.
We will now place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly as we connect to the body and the breath.
Feeling the rise and fall of the belly.
Continue to focus on the breathing.
As you know deep within this process is necessary to move forward on your journey.
At this moment as you are fully relaxed and know you are here healing repeat after me.
I forgive you.
I forgive you for not knowing any better before now.
I forgive you for every choice I felt went wrong.
Stepping into forgiving and feeling the shift happen on the inside.
Take the thoughts that come into your mind and release them.
You no longer have to carry this heavy weight.
Forgive yourself.
Permission to forgive yourself and to forgive those that you still hold resentments for.
Break free here.
And know as we take this time to forgive you will break free from the hold that keeps you locked up.
Letting go of everything in the past.
Letting go of stories about the future for the future is not yet developed.
Enjoy the journey by living in the now.
Living here and now inviting in love and having compassion for your integration process.
Feel the love radiate from your heart space.
As you start feeling into the love and knowing you are loved you can now repeat I love you and I know I am loved.
I love you.
Love is who we are.
Feel this love from the inside and start sending the love to others.
Repeat once more I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
Take these last few moments to check in with your body your mind and spirit about what is happening.
Use these last few minutes to soften again in this stillness of healing.
Release as you let go once more.
Wrap yourself up with the healing of forgiveness.
Feel the power of love radiate from your heart space.
