You are listening to this voice and are here to sleep deeply.
So sit down and lie back or get comfortable in the way that you'd like so that we can go ahead and move forward and explore all the wonderful things that you know inside you that will help you sleep deeply.
As you continue to listen to the sound of my voice,
Begin to draw your focus onto your breath,
Breathing deeply in and out as you continue to focus on my voice.
And as my voice goes with you throughout this space that you're in now,
You can focus deeper and allow my voice to guide you and allow any other thoughts passing or stuck to begin to flow,
Flow through you just like my voice flows from my mouth to your ears.
So continue to focus and notice your breath once again and breathe deeply and notice the sensations that are moving around your body and you may become more aware of them now as you go deeper and find that part of you that's ready for some wonderful,
Relaxing,
Restorative sleep and allow that part of you to prepare itself to come up to the very top and guide you all the way and let you know that you are ready and you will sleep,
Sleep deeply as you continue to focus on the sound of my voice and with every breath that you take,
You can allow yourself to go deeper towards that wonderful inner space filled with all the wonderful resources that you use and draw upon on a daily basis.
So go down deep,
As deep as you need to go to find that wonderful sleep,
That sleep that you may have beginning to form inside you now and notice that this is something that you simply know how to do and at times when you're ready to sleep,
There may be parts of you that feel like they want attention,
That draw you away from sleep and you can know and look at all these different things with a positive intention,
With love and know that these parts are there simply to protect you.
So focus on this inner space and begin to imagine all the positive intention behind the parts of you that may be interrupting your deep sleep so that you can thank it for the protection and the care that it is offering you and in the very same way,
This part of you that's ready to sleep can come up to the surface and take charge at this time to ensure that you have some wonderful sleep ahead of you and bringing all this love and appreciation and gratitude into your body,
Into this inner space,
You'll find that it's easy to go ahead and sleep deeply and the more that you practice and the more that you realize it may begin to be easy to forget,
To remember and to dream and dream as you will because you may be dreaming now as you drift off into a wonderful space,
Free floating inside,
Feeling all the wonderful sensations that you always knew knowing that sleep is easy and you can sleep deeply all throughout the night.
So continue to focus and allow my voice to guide you down deeper for a moment and go as deep as your unconscious mind will take you to go ahead and find that sleep that you desire and notice when you look around that it may have always been there with you only needing some attention and love.
So focus and breathe,
Breathe in and out and enjoy this wonderful feeling of drifting,
Drifting through your wonderful inner space and you can imagine feeling all throughout your body,
The feeling of sleep beginning to take hold,
Sleep now so you can move forward and rest and recharge and soon you may remember that you've forgotten what it was like to have trouble sleeping because now it's easy and here for you within your grasp.
So go ahead and continue to drift focusing on this wonderful feeling of the breath that you take in filling you up and on every exhale letting go of all the things that you need to let go of so that your sleep,
So that you sleep now and sleep deeply,
So that you can be fully recharged and fully functioning because you function fully,
Don't you?
So continue to float and drift towards that wonderful inner space filled with wonderful dreams,
Dreams and hopes and love and appreciation.
Express that gratitude to yourself,
To all the different parts of yourself and begin to align them for sleep because that is where you will go now to sleep in this wonderful unconscious space of your mind.
You can begin to have the conscious realization that you're ready to sleep so you can go ahead and allow yourself to drift off and feel sleep.
Thank you and with every breath you can sleep deeply and sleep comfortably and enjoy.
