So let's move forward and explore mindfulness.

And you may find that it will be easy.

So as you sit comfortably,

You can allow your eyes to close when you're ready.

And simply focus on the sound of my voice.

As you hear my voice,

You can allow whatever voice or dialogue within your head to simply continue as it may.

And think the things that you are thinking.

And as you think,

You can focus more deeply on the sound of my voice and realize that as your attention hones in on my words,

You can begin to allow your words to just flow.

To move in and out of your conscious awareness as your unconscious mind,

That wonderful unconscious part of you,

Continues to listen and focus because this part of you,

The unconscious part of you,

Controls so much for you.

And simply focusing on my voice is simply a point of focus for you to realize the control that you have.

And in this space,

This is for you.

This is all of you.

And this is all you.

So as those thoughts continue to flow and think,

It can take you deeper into the focus of your present state.

Because as you focus on your present state and become aware of your breathing now,

You can really be mindful and know that it's easy to allow whatever voice that may be in your head really just move and shift.

So as you listen,

Continue to listen and focus on the breath that goes in and out.

And you can realize that this is what being present feels like,

Knowing that it's easy to be mindful of yourself,

To pay attention to the different sensations within your body,

Because you are more than your thoughts.

And you are more than your body.

So as you continue to reflect and notice,

And I mean really notice,

Notice the different sensations throughout your body now.

Notice how you feel.

And as you focus on one,

You can ask yourself if it's moving,

If it's intensifying,

Or if you're just simply more aware of it now.

And notice what happens and notice how that feeling changes.

And you may feel the movement of that feeling throughout your body.

So be mindful of that feeling and follow it all the way through until it shifts and becomes a different feeling.

And it may go into any part of your body,

Moving from top to bottom and from bottom back up,

Moving all around.

So really focus and notice.

And notice and be mindful of the different sensations.

And as you continue to become more aware of how these feelings move within you,

You may find that you can imagine a color associated to each of these different feelings.

And if that is helpful,

Imagine these colors moving and flowing throughout you as you feel them within your body.

And with every breath,

You can allow that feeling to grow and move and shift exactly as it is right now.

And with each breath,

With each breath in,

Really notice where that wonderful feeling is moving.

And when you exhale,

Notice what is moving out of you and what you may be ready to let go of.

So this mindful practice can guide you and really help you get in touch with your inner self.

All those parts of you that you may have had difficulty listening to before.

You can allow this space to open up the possibilities and really realize how simple and how easy being mindful really is.

And all it takes is a moment and at any time throughout your day,

Take a moment to breathe in and feel and relax into this space once again.

And be mindful because you can and because it will be easy for you and revisit this space at any time that you need because my voice will be here to go with you and guide you back to this wonderful feeling of truly being present where you are now.

And that's right.

It's easy to focus on your breathing and to focus on your breath and noticing what you notice now.

And as you focus and continue to listen to my voice,

You can now realize that the ability to move past your own voice is within you so that you can go ahead and really listen to the things that you need to hear.

So be mindful and be kind to yourself.

Appreciate all that you do for you and know that there is always a positive intention,

Although it does not always immediately become apparent.

So you can always reflect on this space and visit when you need to reset and breathe deeply and notice that in a moment,

You can come back and return on my count.

One,

Moving forward.

Two,

Coming back.

Three,

Being free and mindful.

Four,

It's easy.

And five,

Back into the room,

Ready to move forward,

Feeling mindful and feeling awesome.
