Unconditional Love For You [1.0]

A guided journey into the imagination, to create a time when unconditional love was all you knew. Learn to begin to feel and notice this love all around, shining to everyone. Understand that the most important place to send and receive this love, is you.

Sit comfortably in the chair where you're sitting right now or lying down wherever you are and focus on the sound of my voice as I come across to you through time and space to speak with you today about love and specifically unconditional love and as you continue to focus on the sound of my voice allow yourself to focus on your breathing for a moment and notice the in-breath and the out-breath and with every breath just notice the feeling or feelings that are within your body and as you explore those feelings just further focus on the sound of my voice as we move deeper into this experience because today we are going to explore love together unconditional love and be curious and be open to what that can mean for you and as you focus further you can begin to expand your perspective and step back from whatever the first understanding or the first feelings of love that come to mind are and look at the bigger picture and surround yourself with a love that's unconditional so continue to focus and imagine imagine that perspective expanding opening your mind to curiosity and love so unconditional love can begin to radiate through all the different parts of you and notice where that might be and what that might mean to you for some it may mean affection without limitations love without conditions so focus on your breathing and allow that to Center and lock in that understanding as we move deeper into this and allow your unconscious mind now to come up to the surface and begin to reflect on love that's offered freely where no exchanges required and as this happens and as your wise and powerful unconscious your higher self continues to begin to understand what all of this really means I'd like you to focus down deeper and just move into a space of relaxation and wonder and curiosity because we are about to fire up your imagination your imagination to imagine traveling back imagine moving back or imagine what it might be alike to be newborn once again being that baby that part of you that remembers what it's like to open your eyes and look outside and shine unconditional love out and anybody who's in range looking out with those eyes of innocence of peace full of understanding only wanting to love and not asking for anything in return imagine yourself coming out into the world as that child newborn once again and when you open your eyes in your mind's eye see yourself as you are now through those eyes and as you as a baby radiate that unconditional love looking at yourself with that love that loves despite any flaws that loves you because you're you you can realize that it's given freely and as you imagine this and look out with that wonderful freeing feeling you can go deeper and understand the deeper meaning behind this and as you continue to shine that love radiated out from all parts of you sending it to your current self you can begin to notice that the current self that version of you is looking back at you as a child with that same unconditional love the love you send out being reflected right back to you and take a big deep breath in and exhale and again on the in breath feel those feelings of love of comfort of peace and harmony and you can exhale to allow that feeling to move throughout your body so continue to notice to notice what you notice and imagine at the speed of thought your current self picking up that baby self with the love that's all around and imagine taking care of this child's version of you and imagine what it's like to be raised and to live and to grow and to thrive in an environment of unconditional love knowing that that love is reflected back and forth and the more that you give the more that you can notice that it's coming right back to you and as the child self grows up as a toddler through childhood through the teenage years and into adulthood imagine all of the different things and notice any images that may come and flash before your eyes and any feelings that may pass through your body as you really focus now and understand that this love that's given freely is in you to give and the more that you can look and notice you can notice where and when it is being reflected back to you so as you grow up until the same age that you are now imagine yourself just imagine seeing yourself standing across from yourself as you are now with all the capability all the resourcefulness the confidence that you want the confidence that you have that sense of peace and knowing notice and as you look you can notice that you're looking upon yourself with that beautiful unconditional love and notice that it's being reflected right back to you understand that you can separate the individual from your own behavior and be able to truly love yourself and when and only when you realize this and fully understand it go ahead and imagining and imagine that part of you reaching out the two mirror images of yourself embracing and pulling each other into one becoming one and notice just how good you feel to be able to look at you and at yourself feeling that love that constant love that's always there even when things get tough feeling that really begin to embody within you and enjoy this moment and reflect on it so with every breath you can go deeper and have that understanding lock in deeply so that in a moment after I've counted you back out out of this experience when you open your eyes notice that you can look out and shine that unconscious unconditional love everywhere and notice all the beauty and all the love that's around and in your mind's eye now imagine the next time that you're standing in front of a mirror looking into that mirror and noticing the love that you have for yourself and the love that you are receiving back from yourself so now as we prepare and as you reflect understand that you are loved you are loved and that you can do anything you are amazing and you have made it so far working so hard going through all the different things in your life that you have went through and always overcoming and it's always a process of moving forward and you will figure it out because you always will and you can do it with confidence and courage and bravery moving towards that beautiful peaceful future where all the things in your life are exactly the way that you want them so that you can accept and love love despite the flaws love just because to give freely with no strings attached so take one last moment to sit or lie in this space in this experience and as I count you back up you'll come back with this new unconscious realization already locked in so that when you open your eyes and every time you look out and see and feel with your whole being you can understand the love that's all around so one moving forward with wonder two to be curious about what you will see and three free of any negative preconceived notions that you no longer need four for life is what you make it and life is what you make it and on five now eyes open feeling refreshed wide awake and full of love look out go forward and shine bright
