Hello everyone welcome to my inner peace meditation you can sit comfortably on your sofa with your back straight you can relax your body and now let's do a series of three deep breaths inhale deeply and exhale long inhale and exhale once again inhale and exhale now empty your mind and let yourself be guided by the sound of my voice imagine that you are in a house full of doors and you are in a house full of doors each door has a part of you inside go now to one of those doors and open it without fear what do you see?

You dress when you are a child when you were little and you were happy without problems you see your parents grandparents siblings you see yourself at family parties birthdays christmas on vacation at the beach and you feel a great well-being a peace and you feel a lot of love leave now and walk a little further and go to another door open it without fear what do you see?

Dress as an adult sleeping late walking up in a hurry to go to work full of stress with problems with no time for you your family and to do what you love most now leave the house and close the door walk along the field that surrounds the house and sit further head on the wooden bench there and where the child you saw at the first door is sit with her she's there to tell you that you have to be happy again have time for yourself for your family and all the things you like because that's the only way you will be happy again and you smile and you say thank you and will follow their advice now slowly breathing normal go back to where you are here now move your toes and hands and slowly open your eyes and be grateful and thank the universe for the meditation and inner peace you are feeling thank you
