My self-confidence meditation.

Sit in your sofa with your back straight.

Now you can close your eyes and make it three serious breaths.

Let's start.

Inhale deeply and exhale long.

Inhale deeply and exhale long.

Once again and exhale.

Please clear your mind.

Let's start.

I will tell you affirmations into your soul.

Every day when you awake,

Breathe,

Feel,

Smile and be thankful.

Spend time with yourself and feel your soul.

When you decide to change your life,

You are making a choice.

I'm what I choose to be.

Shine.

Allow yourself to recover and heal your pain.

Time will give you what it will mean to be yours.

Take care of yourself because no one do it for you.

Hope is a small word and it means so much.

You are much more stronger than you think.

Love heals.

Never give up your dreams.

Love yourself.

You are stronger.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Success takes time.

So don't give up.

You have one more day,

One more chance to make a difference.

Love yourself.
