This is an ancient Sanskrit chant composed by Adi Shankara over a thousand years ago. Shivah = not just the deity Shiva, but the pure, auspicious, infinite consciousness — the unchanging reality beyond name and form. Aham = I am, so “Shivoham” means: “I am Shiva” — not in the mythological sense, but in the philosophical, non-dual (Advaita) sense: “I am pure, eternal consciousness — not the body, not the go, not the mind.” Sanskrit chanting by Bhanumati Narsimhan, bansuri by DP Bannerjee. This recording was designed with perfect frequencies to bring on samadhi, bringing the listener to a heightened state of awareness.

I felt like a cosmic energy floating freely and lightly in the etheric realm. Namaste ✨✨✨
