This was a great way to start my morning. I did it sitting in bed. I can feel a difference in how my body feels before and after this meditation. I really enjoyed the breathing pace. Usually, I have to quicken or lengthen my breathing to be in sync with the instructor. Not the case with this meditation. My breaths were very gentle and natural. The visual descriptions were very helpful also. Thanks!

Ond of the best body scans I have experienced, starting from the feet and gradually moving up the body, breathing into every area while focusing on sensations and feelings as we travel along, accompanied by Craig's healing and calming voice.
