If you want to come into a child's pose or anything that makes you feel safe in your body.
And we're going to reset,
Dropping those shoulders down and back.
You can close your eyes or soften your gaze and let's bring our attention to our throat,
Connecting with that blue,
Teal or turquoise energy.
You can lift up your chin once again,
If that helps you connect.
And I have some affirmations with you tonight and I want to invite you to say them out loud with me.
A really important part of this particular practice because we're working with our throat.
We're thinking about speaking our truth,
Communicating our truth.
So even if it's just a whisper tonight,
I want you to hear yourself say them to activate your voice.
Whether you say them with me or repeat them after me,

Whatever it is.
If you want to stay with your breath a little while longer,
Know that you absolutely have permission to do so.
