So if you could,
Please.
Just adjust your seating position.
Get comfortable.
And with that comfortableness.
When you feel settled,
Make sure that you close down your eyes.
Start by taking a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Bring your shoulders out.
Exaggerate a little bit,
Like really take that deep breath,
Bring the shoulders up towards your ears,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe.
And then when you exhale,
Relax your shoulders all the way down your body.
As far down away from your ears as possible.
We're going to do that again the next time you do it.
Really focus on that flood.
Of release you get when you relax your shoulders.
So,
Taking a big,
Deep breath,
Breathe in through your nose,
And as you do so,
Raise your shoulders up to your ears.
Bring them up so it starts to get stiff.
And uncomfortable.
Thank you.
And then as you relax and breathe out Feel that flood of warmth and release at the back of your neck.
And across your shoulders.
Keep a hold of it as long as you can.
So focus just purely on.
.
.
That feeling.
Around your shoulders and the back of your neck.
Keep taking long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
But Just do it through your nose.
And with.
No.
Intentional movement at all.
On your inhales,
Just recognize as your shoulders rise just a little bit.
And on your exhales,
Recognize as your shoulders surrender.
With your breath.
They soften and deepen.
Anytime you have a hard time with meditation and you need to be able to relax a little bit more during your practice.
Some minutes just focusing on the exhale.
Just the exhale alone.
Every time you breathe out.
You feel that softening.
You feel your shoulders getting heavy.
And the more you Focus on your exhales,
The more you'll start to feel.
And overall ease.
And overall relaxation in your body.
It's almost like you're taking a little break.
Every exhale feels like a sigh.
I surrender.
You Make sure that you soften your tummy.
And that the tummy feels pliable.
Relax.
And then bring your focus and attention up to the space.
Above your eyes.
At first,
Feel the space.
Above your eyebrows.
The centre of your forehead.
Just locate that space in your body.
You can wiggle your eyebrows around,
Up and down.
Just a few times so that you bring more of a connection to that space.
The sensation will help you to find.
The space above your eyebrows.
And then once you feel comfortable,
Connecting to your third eye.
As if it's here.
Imagine that you're taking a few steps back in your mind.
More to the centre of your hand.
And from back there.
Your forehead.
From the inside becomes a window.
Imagine the front of your head is like a window.
You can imagine it as a window.
That you can just.
.
.
Stare out of that's in the kitchen or maybe it's a window that's on the dashboard of a vehicle.
But try and get that dimensional.
Perspective,
That difference,
Come back inside your head.
Because this is where.
Your third eye truly resides.
Back here.
Right there where the pituitary and the penile gland are.
In the brain.
And sit back there and stare out into the window.
Now,
Right now your window is probably not showing you anything.
There's just maybe darkness,
Maybe there's some shadows.
Some light creeping in from your closed eyes.
That's about all you're seeing.
So we use our imagination to create a site inside of the mind,
Just to start to kick it out.
Jumpstarted into action.
Imagine there in front of your mind is a door.
In that space.
You're quite a few steps back.
But there's a door.
You can see it pretty clearly.
If you have an issue with.
.
.
Your inner side.
Then deepen your imagination,
Strengthen it.
By imaginets.
Your front door.
That's there.
Your front door to your home.
Walk up to that so many times it will be easy to recall the vision of it.
Now in your mind.
Feel as if you're taking a couple of steps forward so now that you're closer.
You've positioned yourself right there.
In front of the door.
Look at your door.
Look at all the details.
Is there a door handle?
Is it on the left,
The right?
What does that door handle look like?
Does it look like a door knob?
Is it black?
Is it silver?
Is it gold?
Is it brass?
Notice if your door has panels.
Or if your dog.
Has a little window or a peephole.
Maybe it's just completely plain.
What color is it?
How tall is it?
How wide is it?
Look down at your feet and notice what you're standing on in front of the door.
Can you see the ground?
Maybe you're stood on a welcome mat of some sort.
Let your mind play.
With whatever visions it wants to settle into.
On this door,
Sometimes they switch and change and that's okay too.
And now that you see the door and you sense it,
I'd like you to reach forward and feel your door.
Does it feel smooth?
Does it feel rough?
Know that behind this door you're going to get just a little glimpse into the future.
Your future.
Going to get to C.
Something that you've been thinking about.
Something that is in your path.
Maybe it's a change of job or relationship or maybe it's something to do with your own self.
Maybe it's something to do with your physical body.
Let's jump.
Forward.
Chest.
Three months from now.
So when you go through this door,
You're going to experience yourself.
Doing something,
Being somewhere.
Three months from now.
You might start to get an itch.
Like a feeling or a knowing of where you're gonna be.
Just try and stay open-minded.
Completely blank slate.
And all that you're going to do is just kind of stand by the backside of the door.
You're not necessarily going to be deep in whatever it is.
You're going to be present so you can watch and see.
But you're not going to be in anything.
Observing by the door.
Know that you can.
Open your eyes at any time.
Know that you can come back through the door and close it behind you if you want to.
This is your journey and you're in complete control.
You are the boss.
So let's go through this door.
On one,
I'm going to say,
Open the door in just a few moments.
On two,
I'm going to say,
Walk through the doorway.
And then on three,
Close the draw behind you.
1,
To 3.
Closing the door behind you.
Kind of lean in against that door.
First thing I want you to do is look down at your feet.
Notice your feet,
Your feet.
Notice the ground.
It's going to start to give you an indication of whether you're inside or outside.
What are you wearing on your feet?
What are you wearing on your legs?
Try and stay open.
Don't try and change anything.
Or fix it to make something different.
Just see whatever it is you're seeing,
Even if it doesn't make sense.
And then just look up and look around.
It's easier if you focus in one place so look over to the left.
Festival.
And just explore that place.
Try and look at this like you're just receiving an insight of possible three months from now for you.
You're seeing a bigger picture.
And then when you finish looking over to the left.
Look straight forward,
What do you see there?
Notice the space that you're in.
Whether you're inside.
The walls,
The room.
Is it familiar?
Do you know it or is it new?
Is there other people there?
Maybe there's pets or animals.
Maybe there's people you know.
And you know what you're doing there,
You know what you're seeing.
The intention.
Of what's happening three months from now.
Or maybe this is all completely brand new to you.
With people you don't know.
Either way,
Just kind of go with it.
See yourself out there in that room,
Even though you're stood by the door.
Relax.
See yourself in this vision.
What are you doing?
How are you participating?
Connection energetically will allow you to feel.
How you're feeling.
What's going on inside?
What's your emotions like?
You're not here to change anything or accomplish anything.
It's just an observation through your inner side.
So try.
To let it be whatever it is that you're seeing.
Is just a glimpse.
It's just this soft touch of.
.
.
You and a possibility in the future.
If it's something that you're actually doing,
That you've been thinking about doing and you can see yourself doing it,
How do you feel?
Does it feel good?
Does it feel bad?
If this conversation is going on with other people.
Lesson.
You How are you looking?
How are you holding yourself?
Do you look confident?
Do you look safe?
And comfortable.
You look different.
You.
Okay,
This doesn't have to be anything too deep.
It doesn't have to be anything scary doesn't have to be anything.
Life-changing.
It's just you practicing how to use your inner side.
The more you practice this,
The more you allow yourself to just sit and see glimpses of the future through your inner sight,
The more it feels more comfortable,
More normal.
There'll be less resistance,
There'll be less interference.
It will just be.
So my advice is to practice this routine,
Practice this type of meditation.
In our journey.
As much as you can.
For now,
All I want you to do is.
.
.
Turn around and open the door that you came through and go back through the door and close it.
So that you're back on the outside of this experience.
You're back on the outside.
On the other side of your doll.
And when I count to three,
You can completely open your eyes and come back into your space.
1.
Two.
3.
Coming back.
Observe how you feel.
Namaste,
My friend.
