If everyone can please settle into a comfortable.
Sita position for me.
Make sure that your back,
Your spine is nice and straight.
Relax your shoulders down.
Away from your ears.
Make space between your teeth in your jaw.
Feel the space around your eyes.
Relax your eyebrows.
And then Imagine in your mind that you're pulling inside of yourself.
Into this quiet space.
Place in the center.
Of your being.
Right there in the middle of your tummy,
The middle of your body.
Pull all your focus and attention down into that space.
See it in your mind like a cave.
A dwelling,
A place where you can sit.
Just a simple place.
Imagine in your mind that you can see yourself in there.
Sat in crisscross applesauce.
With your hands resting on your knees.
Palms facing up.
And open ready to receive.
Your spine straight.
So you look at yourself.
You look like you have fallen into a peaceful state of being.
Start to take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
And every time you breathe,
Pull your breath down into this cave.
All the way down to your abdomen.
And every time you breathe out,
Imagine the air just clearing.
Out of that space.
Pulling your breath in.
Letting your breath out.
Start to think about this space representing your intuition.
Like a friend that's all around you.
In the walls.
Underneath your sit bones,
Supporting you.
Like you're visiting someone.
The route.
The birthplace.
Of your intuition and you're sat inside of it.
In this dwelling.
Surrounded by it.
If you hold your breath.
At the end of your next exhale.
And sit very,
Very still and quiet.
You'll be able to connect to the pulse.
The cave around you.
Like your heartbeat.
Very gentle,
Soft pulse that allows you to feel the presence of your intuition.
This thing.
What would you like to put in this space?
So that you start to Make it feel safe.
And whole me.
N.
Like you're making friends with it.
What would you put in this cave?
What would you start to create in your mind?
So that it looks like.
A welcoming,
Attractive space for you to want to go and sit in.
Take a couple of minutes to make it yours.
The walls,
The floors.
The colors.
Like you're decorating the inside.
Make sure in some of this decorations there's a big,
Soft,
Comfortable chair.
Maybe a really soft blanket.
Fluffy and warm.
That feels nice when you touch it.
Thrown on the chair.
Make sure that your barefoot and the floor underneath your feet feels exactly how you want it.
Maybe it's nice cool tile or soft plush carpet that tickles between your toes.
Maybe there's candles and incense so it smells good for you.
One of those spaces that you walk into and instantly feel safe and comfortable like you could relax there.
And then when it feels like you've got all the little details.
And the room feels good for you,
The space feels safe for you.
Make sure that you.
Come and sit yourself.
Down.
On that comfy chair.
That soft,
Comfortable chair.
Maybe it rocks back and forward or it's like a lazy chair that goes all the way back.
Snuggle under the blanket.
And know that.
You're safe.
You're safe to feel.
Whatever you need to feel in this space.
And all you have to do.
.
.
To get back to this space whenever you want is to close your eyes and take a few breaths.
Take yourself down into your body.
And imagine that you're sad.
In the centre of your being,
Which is this space.
Your new place.
To go to.
And now that you're here.
It gives you the opportunity to.
.
.
Tap into.
The sensations and the feelings in your body.
And you can practice.
The language of your body.
Its needs and its wants.
Imagine that you're placing both of your hands on your tummy.
In your site,
Your safe space.
Just feel the warmth of your tummy.
The rise and fall.
With your breath.
As if you're starting to become best friends with this part of your body.
You and your stomach.
Are going to get really close.
Give it a little test.
Think about something in the future that you know you've got to do,
But you really don't want to do it.
And then instantly just feel your tummy under your hand.
And notice what your stomach does.
Keep thinking about that thing that you don't want to face or you don't want to do.
Notice your feelings.
Notice your emotions.
Notice the actual physical sensations.
Clock it as if you're taking notice.
So you can remember.
And then see if you can neutralize your body.
Practice coming into a place of neutrality.
It's important.
Just take a few breaths.
Soften everything out.
Imagine.
That you're trying to balance like one of those.
Measure.
Things with the bubbles in them.
You have a line in front of you and you're trying to make sure that your line is nice and straight.
The level of investment is very neutral.
And when you come back to that place,
Take yourself back into a negative once again.
Something else that makes you feel unhappy or uncomfortable.
Watch your body.
Maybe you felt it somewhere different first in your body.
Or maybe it was the same place.
Notice the temperature of your body.
And then flip out of it just as quick.
It's always helpful to take a big,
Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Come back to neutral.
Come back to you.
Seeing that bubble in your mind on the line.
I take a couple of breaths for you to get there so it's back in a neutral place.
Soften.
Liable.
Attention to your tummy as you think about something really,
Really nice.
Something loving,
Something fun.
Something that felt good.
Wherever your mind wants to go.
And watch your body.
With your tummy.
If you know that you have a high state of anxiety and that's your flatline.
That's why the bubble is actually normal.
See if you can recognize the feeling of slightly less anxious versus on a negative,
Slightly more obvious anxious.
Work with where you're at.
Where your neutral is and see if you can spot the difference between the negative and the positive.
Come back to a flat line.
Let go of everything,
Maybe a little shake in your body.
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath out.
And then go happy again.
Feel the happy.
Somebody smile.
Something funny?
How does your body respond?
Now I'm going to help you with something that's present in your life at the moment.
Imagine that you're closing your eyes down in this.
Safe space of yours.
You're always going to stay in this safe space.
That part of you is in this safe space all the time.
Keeping your eyes closed while I explain.
When you open your eyes in just a few moments,
You're gonna imagine,
You'll see,
You'll actually see a path in front of you.
A path that goes to the left and a path that goes to the right.
The left is going to be your no.
Whatever that is.
You're right.
Don't pay too much thought into it.
Just listen to me and stay with it.
Stay neutral.
The right is gonna be your yes.
So the left is going to be your nose.
And the right is going to be your yes.
At this point,
You've still got your eyes closed.
You're taking your long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
You're in your neutral place.
If you're looking at your level,
Your flat line,
Your bubble is level there in front of you.
Your body feels quite neutral.
Make sure you're there.
And now what I want you to start to do is in your mind to think about.
A question that you have.
Something that is requiring a yes or a no.
And when you're ready.
At any point,
You can open your eyes.
And feel the direction that your body wants to go.
The yes,
Other now.
Relax.
On the right.
That's the exercise.
If you don't feel quite ready.
Keep your eyes closed.
Take some breaths.
Think about that thing that you're asking about.
That thing that needs your yes or your no.
In my mind,
I keep getting pulled in a direction without even opening my eyes,
Without even doing anything about it.
My body just knows already.
My body is going left or my body is just pulling right.
Your sunset.
Just let yourself do whatever,
Even if the answer isn't what you want to hear.
Open your eyes if it helps you to distinguish.
Looking left down the path.
On looking right down the path.
Let your eyes be drawn in the direction that you need to go.
Don't worry about the details of how you're going to do it.
Don't worry about anything.
Just get your answer.
If you would like to try it with something else.
Imagine that you're closing back down your eyes.
Taking that big deep breath,
Coming back into a neutral.
Relax your chest,
Relax your tummy.
Think about your question.
You may be able to see that path even with your eyes closed there in your inner sight.
The left and the right just kind of waiting and screaming at you.
As soon as you start to think about the question that you have.
You're going to be pulled.
For whatever reason,
You're stuck in the middle place.
Relax your whole body.
Let go of thought,
Let go of future feelings about anything.
Try and be as neutral.
As possible.
You will eventually get nudged.
To the left.
If you're keen enough with your body awareness.
See if you can.
.
.
Tap into the feelings in the body at the same time.
Can you feel your nose?
When you go left,
Can you feel the no?
Can you feel the yes when you go right?
This is an exercise where you need to practice.
Practice and practice coming into your centre of your being,
Cave.
Maybe practice every day in your meditation.
Until it starts to become second nature.
And the feelings are more obvious.
And the sensations are more obvious.
Learn your yes,
Learn your no,
And learn your baseline.
Your neutral,
What your neutral feels like to you.
I'm gonna.
.
.
Count to three.
And when I get to three,
You can Open your eyes and let go of the exercise,
Let go of the meditation and come back into your space.
To opening your eyes and coming back.
Back into your current reality.
Back into your space.
Look at your furniture around you.
Maybe look down at your hands and recognize your body.
Taking a big deep breath.
Closing.
And your meditation.
Namaste.
My friends.
