Let go of your day.
Close your eyes maybe.
Stop fiddling around so much.
Try and stay still and quiet in your bed.
Let your muscles relax.
Let your mind start to slow down.
Maybe take a nice big deep breath and let go of your day as you breathe out and as you listen to a story.
And at the end you get a chance to meditate and relax your body.
Tuka and Leo were stuck in the house.
Tuka was going absolutely crazy.
Leo was loving the break.
There was a doggy cough going around and everyone in their neighborhood,
All the dogs that is,
Were coughing and Leo and Tuka's owner did not want them to get sick so they'd only been allowed to go in the back garden to go pee and poop when they needed to.
No long walks in the park.
No running in the fields.
No dog beach.
Nothing like that.
Tuka was very,
Very sad.
Oh Leo,
I don't like it.
He said,
I'm so bored.
I'm sad.
I'm heavy.
My body feels all heavy.
I think I'm putting weight on because I've not been able to run so much and play so much in the fields.
I'm so bored Leo.
I'm so bored.
What can we do?

Leo said,
The only thing that's bad about this is you.
You're the one that's making it bad.
You have to make it more interesting yourself.
Staying home is not so bad.
I actually like it very much.
It means I don't have to deal with other people that give me hives.
I don't have to deal with dogs that make me nervous and give me hives.
I don't have to deal with strangers.
I don't have to deal with anything.
I prefer to just stay home and laze around on bed all day.
Just go out on the back garden for some fresh air when we need to.
This is perfect for me.
It's like a holiday.
A holiday?
Said Tuka.
This is the most boring,
Boring,
Redonkulous holiday I've ever,
Ever had.
I'm so bored I can't run.
I tried running around in circles in the living room and you don't get anywhere.
All you see is your tail.
You just run around and run around and run around and run around and there's nothing to see.
I can't feel the grass underneath my feet.
I can't feel the wind blowing in my face and making my mouth go all jelly wobbly when I run so fast in the park.
I can't feel any of it.
I'm so bored.
And that bored I could do a crossword.
I could,
And that bored I could sit down and do a jigsaw puzzle.
I'm that bored I could just,
I could just,
I don't know what else to do when you just sit.
Leo said you could meditate.
Meditate?
I don't want to just sit and close my eyes and try and be quiet.
Why would I want to do that?
That seems like the most boring,
Redonkulous thing anyone would ever want to do.
I don't want to do that.
I want to chase little dogs and eat them.
I want to,
I want to get squirrels and chase them up trees.
I want to chase the birds and jump and pretend I'm flying.
I want to do all those fun things.
I don't want to just sit on the sofa and meditate.
Do you meditate?
Leo said sometimes when I close my eyes I imagine things in my mind.
When I do that it's like I'm not even here.
Oh said Tucker.
That might be a good idea actually.
Could I pretend I'm on the dog peach when I meditate?
Leo said yeah just close your eyes.
Tucker closed his eyes.
You can imagine that you're anywhere in the world.
You don't have to be in a box in a house all alone without your friends.
You could imagine in your mind that you're running on the dog beach and all of your dog friends are there.
Every single one of them and you're having a dog party running and jumping in the waves.
Tucker said oh I can feel it.
I can feel it on my paws.
I can feel the beach under my feet.
I can feel the water when I run through the ocean.
I can hear all my friends barking and and the laughing and having fun in the water and splashing.
Oh Leo I can feel it.
I can feel it.
This meditation visualization thing is really awesome.
Alright now keep your eyes closed said Leo.
Now imagine that you're flying through the sky like a bird.
Leo looked at Tucker's face.
Tucker had his eyes closed.
Oh oh I don't oh I don't think I could do this one.
This one's a bit more challenging because I can't fly.
Leo said the cool thing about visualization is that you have no limits.
Your body,
Your mind,
You can do whatever you want so if you want to fly you can fly.
Tucker said oh my goodness this is absolutely awesome.
Oh Leo I have big black wings and I'm flying in the sky like a hawk.
Oh no no I'm an eagle.
Oh no no I'm a big big black raven and I'm flying through the sky with my other bird friends and they're flying next to me and we're doing round arounds and upside down and figure eights and we're doing circles and I'm flying really fast through the clouds and the clouds feel all cold and fast on my face and I'm and oh and they feel a bit wet.
Oh Leo clouds are wet.
Did you know clouds were wet?
Oh my goodness and then and then I'm flying through the Sun.
Oh the Sun's hot Leo don't get too close to the Sun.
Your Sun it burns you if you get too close to the Sun.
Oh and now I'm flying.
Oh I'm flying at night Leo and there's lots of sky stars and there's there's a moon in the sky and it's a half moon and it looks like there's a man on on the moon and he's made of cheese.
Oh Leo there is a man on the moon and he is made of cheese.
Oh my and then and then I fly around the moon really really fast because I'm a fast flyer and I can do whatever I want quarterly I could do whatever I want.
I could use my imagination and do whatever I want so if I want to I could fly as fast as Superman.
I am super Leo I just turned into Superman.
I have a red cape and I'm flying and I'm saving the world from the doggy cough and I'm gonna save the world.
I'm sprinkling I'm sprinkling medicine from the sky so everyone gets better and no one has this horrible doggy cough and we can all go to the beach in real time and we could go to the park in real time and we could be together in real time instead of virtually like this but this is nice.
Oh Leo what do I do now what do I do now shall I still be Superman?
Leo said you can do whatever you want you can be whatever you want Tucker what do you want to do next it's your imagination.
Oh my goodness you never guess what I just did I dived into the ocean.
I'm a dolphin I'm a dolphin Leo and I'm swimming through the ocean and the ocean feels really fresh and clean all around my dolphin body and I'm jumping up and I'm jumping over the waves and I'm swimming with my dolphin friends and we're having so much fun.
Oh there's a big shark coming Leo what do I do there's a big shark coming what do I do?
Just swim said Leo just swim the shark can't hurt you this is your imagination you can imagine anything you want.
Oh no Leo guess what now I'm a shark.
I turned into a shark I'm a big white shark with lots and lots of teeth hundreds and hundreds of teeth and I'm swimming really fast in the ocean and it's so much fun and I'm gonna I'm gonna bite this little fish and I'm gonna bite them.
Oh there's a surfer I'm gonna bite these little toesies oh I'm gonna bite everybody I'm gonna bite the coral I'm gonna bite the fish I'm gonna bite the jellyfish I'm gonna bite the crabs I'm gonna bite everybody don't be in the ocean Leo cuz I'm a shark and I'm gonna bite you I'm gonna bite I'm gonna bite Oh Leo I just jumped out the ocean I'm flying again flying in a balloon I'm in a balloon Leo and it's a big red stripey black and white balloon and and it's got red bits on it and it's got a big fire that keeps going a boiling hot air into the balloon and I'm in a basket underneath the balloon and I'm with all my bestest friends you're there.
Leo said oh gosh no I hope not don't put me there put somebody else there I'll get hives.
Okay Leo you can stay home I'll put me in there and I'll put Tommy in there and I'll put stripe in there and I'll put well Shab,
Oh Tigger,
Tigger could come in there too all of my good friends were flying through the sky this big balloon and it's so much fun and the wind is blowing us over the mountains and the mountains are so tall and there's snow on top of the mountains and it's really cold when you go up as big as the mountains and the snow on the mountains.
Leo said wow you really do have a lot of imagination Tigger.
Is this what you'd be doing if you had no limits and you could just do anything you wanted?
Oh yeah Leo I'd be doing this and I'd be doing so much more I'd be I'd be what would I be oh I think I'd turn into a star and I'd be a star in the sky at night and I'd shine down my bright light and my bright light would have magical powers and it'd take that doggy cough away again I'd think of another reason and another way a magical way to take that doggy cough away so that I could go outside and I could play because in real life I'm so bored I'm so bored Leo said all right now open your eyes Tigger opened his eyes you see whenever you get bored you can just close your eyes use your imagination and you'll be off somewhere in your mind doing whatever you want with absolutely no limits.
Oh Leo thank you for showing me that I think I like meditation I like this visualization stuff it's really fun you could actually be and do whatever you want you don't have to be locked up in the house do you?
Leo said no you don't you can just go wherever you want in your mind it's all about your mind if you can imagine it you can do it when you do visualization.
Wow Leo what else can you do with meditation?
Leo said well you can go to sleep that might be nice lay down on your bed start to relax your body Tucker laid down do I have to?
Yes you have to lay down or sit down comfortably when you do meditation to sleep.
Okay said Tucker close your eyes Tucker.
Tucker closed his eyes he snuggled in next to Leo Leo said now relax your paws relax your tail make sure that you let go of any tension in your jaw Tucker went ooo moved his jaw from left to right checking he wasn't tense relax your tummy your head your legs just let everything get sleepy just let everything relax it's time to go to sleep no more running no more playing it's time to be still but you can visualize that you're laying on a cloud big white fluffy cloud in the sky it's the most softest comfortable is cloud you've ever laid on cloud wraps around your dog body gives you a doggie cuddle makes you feel all safe and snuggly and tingly inside it's nothing to worry about nothing to stress about all is well everything is good in the world you can relax you can just relax Tucker and sleep for a very long time Tucker looked like he was going to sleep for sure he started making snoring noises Leo was very happy finally Tucker was gonna shut up and sleep just keep relaxing said Leo just let go of your stress let go of any tension stop thinking about the doggie cuff everyone will be fine everyone will be safe be able to play out really soon be able to play with your friends and run in the field and play in the park and swim and run and play on the dog beach all of that will be coming really soon you just go to sleep sleep sleep sleep sleepity sleep sleep for a long time good boy Tucker Tucker was snoring away Leo closed his eyes and they both fell to sleep the end you
