Welcome to this throat chakra therapy meditation.
My name's Kari.
You can do this meditation with me today in a seated position if that's something that feels good in your meditation practice.
Or you can lay down and plan on getting very,
Very comfortable.
Start by closing your eyes,
Removing yourself from your surroundings,
Your outside world,
Sending that subtle signal to your brain that it's time for you to go on a journey to relax your body,
Slow down your mind.
Start to breathe in through your nose,
Breathe in through your nose,
And take a nice big deep breath out through your mouth.
Once again,
Breathe in nice and deep through your nose,
And breathe out.
You can make a sigh sound or a pfft sound if it feels good for you.
Release the stagnant energy that's in your body basically.
Let go of it with your breath as you exhale.
Do one final big inhale and exhale,
And then let your breathing go back to normal.
Nice and slow and gentle.
Become aware of your sit bones if you're seated,
Your back body if you're laid down,
The part of your being that's connected to the earth.
Just feel the connection,
The heaviness,
The solidity of what's underneath you,
And allow yourself to start and relax into it.
Soften your bones,
Relax your shoulders.
Check that there's no tension in your face and your jaw.
Physically,
Let your body feel as if it's letting go,
Sinking deeper into the earth underneath you.
Focus on your eyes being closed,
But as if you can still see staring into that vast dark space there in front of you.
Let your eyes go up slightly as if you're staring into the middle of your forehead,
But don't strain them,
Just let them go up.

Just let them go up in a relaxed way.
Using your imagination,
Imagine that you're standing in front of an elevator.
There's no one else around,
You're there by yourself,
Waiting for the elevator to come down to your level.
You're staring at the doors and you hear a ping.
The doors open,
The elevator is empty,
And you step inside.
There on the left is a panel of buttons,
One to seven.
You press the fifth button,
And the doors close.
You feel movement underneath your feet as the elevator starts to rise and take you up to the fifth floor.
It doesn't take too long before the doors open wide,
And you see that there in front of you is a room that's been opened up.
You can see the doors open wide,
And you see that there in front of you is the beach.
The sand is all the way up to the door,
It's white and soft looking.
The beach is completely empty for as far as you can see from there.
You step out and feel the sand on your bare feet.
It's warm and soft.
You feel it move through your toes.
Allow yourself to start to walk forward as if you're walking down to the ocean.
Sky is blue,
There's no clouds.
Crystal clear blue sky.
And as far as your eye can see is this most amazing blue crystal clear ocean.
Every step you take takes you closer to the water.
You can hear the waves crashing on the shore,
Coming in and going back out,
In and out.
You stop at the water's edge and allow the waves to start to just gently splash around your feet.
The cold,
Refreshing ocean instantly wakes up the cells in your body,
Sends energy up your legs,
Up to the base of your spine,
And then tingles all the way up to the top of your head.
So it gives you just that delicious little shiver throughout your entire being.
The blue sky and the blue ocean are exactly the vibration that you need for your throat chakra,
Your blue throat chakra.
You start to feel a tingle,
Maybe a slight tightening as you think about your throat,
The energy there in that center of your being.
Your throat chakra is your form of expression,
Your truth.
Are you speaking your truth?
Are you living your truth?
You feel your throat,
You feel your throat,
The energy there.
All of the memories start there,
Conversations,
The words that you've said,
The words that you've heard,
The power,
And energy in every word that we don't even think about most of the time.
It's all there in your throat.
You close your eyes and feel the ocean around your feet.
Stepping forward,
You feel the water around your ankles.
Moving deeper,
You start to feel it up the middle of your calves,
Up to your knees,
Your thighs.
It feels as if you can hear the language of the ocean calling to you.
Come be with me.
Enter into me.
Become one with me.
The water is soft,
Gentle around your body.
You turn around and lay back,
Fall into,
Become part of the vast ocean.
Imagine every word,
Every expression of love or sadness,
Everything spoken.
Imagine it's all around you in this ocean,
An ocean of communication,
An ocean of lies and truth.
All of your memories are here,
Conversations you had as a child,
The words a parent said to you,
The words you used maybe to a lover,
A friend or your child,
You're swimming in it.
You can feel the water soothe in your throat,
Healing your throat chakra.
It's the therapy it needed.
It feels cool,
Soothing,
It feels like you're in a deep,
Deep ocean.
It feels like you're in a deep ocean.

Soothing,
Refreshing all over your skin,
All around the front of your throat and the back of your throat.
What if this water,
The ocean,
The sky above you was washing away all of the words used that were negative,
Cleansing your body,
Your mind,
Your memory,
Just wiping it clean,
Taking away any shame or any pain,
Any hurt,
Sadness,
It's all washing away.
Every time you breathe in,
You rise a little in the water and every time you breathe out,
You sink deep as if you're surrendering to its depths,
Its power,
The ability it has to clean you.
It's like the water that you're breathing in,
It's washing away all of the pain that's been there and it's washing away all of the pain that's been there to clean you,
To heal your throat.
What if every tiny particle,
Every tiny drop of ocean on you and around you was making you vibrate with all the spoken words of love,
Tingling on your body,
Penetrating into your soul,
Your heart.
When you breathe in,
It's like your body's opening and allowing the bursts of bubbles of water to come into you and become part of you and every time you breathe out,
You sink into this feeling of being cradled,
Completely surrendered into the love around you.
Nothing else matters,
Just this love,
This intense love that you feel.
It's in your toes,
It's on your nose,
It's in your blood and in your cells and it's running through your veins,
Just love.
From all the words you've ever said or heard that were sweet and kind,
Words of compassion,
Joy,
Love.
Let this love heal you,
Allow it to be in you.
Let it be in you.
Let it be in you.

Like a gift from the earth,
The sea,
Sky.
Open your throat,
Allow it to give you the power to speak your truth,
Speak words of love and wisdom and kindness.
