You eat fruit and vegetables and things with lots of fiber.
So it helps to move through your colon and your bowels so you can poop on a regular basis and feel awesome.

I'm staying away from bread,

And I'm going to definitely lots and lots more vegetables because I do eat a lot of fruit,
