Heidi, Cherry & Vaya - Poop Problems

Heidi and Vaya need to help their friend Cherry. She is not feeling good. Turns out Cherry needs to eat more fruit and veggies so she can go to the toilet regularly. This is a silly, funny story all about going poop.

Are you ready to meditate with Kori? Lie down and get really really comfortable so that you can let your body be still and quiet. Try not to move, Just relax and listen to the story. This story is pretty silly, But it will get relaxing in the end, I promise. Okay, Well, You'll never believe what was going on at the cat's house. Cherry was not feeling well. She had not been feeling well all day long. Heidi said, Is it your stomach? Cherry said, I don't know, Can't tell. Faya said, Maybe it's your head. Is it your head? Do you have a headache? Cherry said, No, No, It's definitely not my head. No, It's not. It feels more like my stomach, But maybe my bladder, Maybe my bowels. No, Maybe. I don't know. It's just something in my stomach. Maybe it's my stomach. Maybe I've eaten something and I just don't feel right. Maybe it was those grapes. Maybe those grapes were really, They'd gone sour or something and now I don't feel good. I don't know. I just don't feel good. Heidi said, Describe to me how you feel. What does it feel like? And that might help us find out what's going on. Cherry said, Well, I feel heavy. Yeah, Very heavy. Like, I'm like five pounds heavier or something. I feel, I feel like sluggish. Yeah, That's a good word. You know, Like when you just feel really slow, Like a snail and like, Oh, Can't be bothered to move. I can't be bothered to get up. Can't be bothered to go for a walk. Definitely can't be bothered to exercise. I just feel so sluggish. And what else? A bit brain foggy. Brain foggy, Said Heidi. Yeah, You know what I mean? Cherry said, Me doesn't know what that means. Cherry said, Brain fog is when your brain feels like candy floss or like a big giant cloud in the sky. You know, Like when you're trying to think of something and you're going, When's that birthday? When was that birthday now? When was it? How many years old am I? And you just can't think for you. You know, It's like the simplest thing that you should know. And you just don't know it and you can't think of it. Like when you're in school and you're supposed to be remembering stuff for a test and you sat there and you go, What have I read for the last like two weeks? What have I been revising? Because I don't remember a darn thing. I don't remember any of it. In fact, What am I doing here in Spanish when I take French? That kind of thing. It's like that. It's like you just don't know what you think because your thoughts are in a fog. And you know when you try and drive when it's foggy, Vea. Vea said, We don't get fog around here very much. Yeah, I know. But you know, You know certain places that get colder. You know when it's a bit cold, Like you know that, You know, You know if you go to England, It's foggy a lot. It's foggy because it gets cold a lot and it rains a lot and there's a lot of rain in the air. And I think fog is something to do with rain. Maybe not. Is it? I don't know. Heidi said, Well, Fog is like a mist. Sometimes it feels a little bit wet. So it could be to do with rain. Yeah, See, I know. I know. I knew that. I knew that even though my brain is so foggy. I knew that because I'm so smart. But I can tell something's not right because I would have been even smarter than that normally. So anyway, Yeah, When you're driving in the fog, Vea, It's like so foggy that you can't even see what's in front. You can't see the cars behind. You can't see the cars on the sides. You can't see the cars on the front. You can't see the stripes on the road. So you don't even know if you're on the right side of the road or not. And it's absolutely ridiculous. And it's ridiculous so that you don't drive in the fog. People that drive in the fog are absolutely berserker. They're berserker. So no, You don't drive in the fog. And I feel like that. My brain feels foggy like that. What else? I do keep passing wind. Said Vea. That's not that that's not nice. No, It's not. You're right. Especially for everybody around you, Especially if it's really smelly. It's not very nice. But you know, Sometimes it's worse if you try and hold it in. What if I cause some kind of brain aneurysm or something if I'm trying to hold my trumps in? I don't think I should do that because you know that could be even more dangerous for my brain fog. My brain would be full of fog and trumps. Have we done killers as that? That wouldn't work, Would it? So I'm sorry guys. If I need to trump, If I need to fart, Then I'm going to do it. All right. So I'm just warning you. Maybe you should open a window. Heidi said, Hmm, Have you been feeling like you need to trump a lot? Yeah, Yeah, I have. Heidi said, Hmm, When was the last time you actually went to the toilet for a number two? Cherry went number two, Number one. Oh, Yeah, I know which one you mean. Yeah, Number two. I know which one you mean because number two rhymes with poo, Right? Yeah, You talk about poo. OK, Yeah, Yeah. Three days ago. What? Said Heidi. Cherry said, Yeah, Three days ago. I know it's been a very long time. Do you think that could be something to do with it? Heidi said, I bet you that's everything to do with it. You're supposed to go to the toilet at least once or twice a day. Not three days ago. You're probably just full of poop. Oh, M. G. Like literally, Like, Like, That's all I've got inside of me. They said, Oh, Me thinks this is terrible. Cherry said, Leave it there. I know trying to make me feel even more disgusting. They said, No, Me just thinks that being full of poop sounds so horrible. Cherry said, Look, They are. You're not the one that's full of poop. I'm the one that's full of poop. So chill out. Am I really full of poop, Heidi? I feel a bit grossed out. I think I'm going to be sick. Heidi said, Don't worry. You're not full of poop. There's all the other things in your body that are normally there, Like your blood and your bones and your muscles and your organs and everything else. Oh, That sounds even worse, Said Cherry. I know what to do. Let's feed you some things that might make you go poop. You know, I think you just constipated everything that you've described how you feel is what you can feel like when you constipated, Said Heidi. Cherry said, So glad you're so smart, Heidi. I'm so glad you're not constipated right now and you don't have a brain fog. Because if you had a brain fog, And they had a brain fog, And I had a brain fog, Where would we be? It'd be like 14 days or something without a poop. Okay, What do I eat? What do I drink? What do we do? Heidi said, Right, Let's eat lots and lots of fruit, Cherry said. That's all I've been eating. That can't work. Because that's all I've been eating. I've been eating grapes, Like I said, I thought it were the grapes that were making me feel bad. I've been eating so many grapes, So many oranges, So much fruit. It can't possibly be that that's going to help me because I'm full of fruit. I'm full of fruit and full of poop. So no, I don't think that's going to work. Heidi said, Have you tried cherries? Cherries? Normally if you eat too many cherries, They can make you go to the toilet really fast. No, I didn't try cherries. Cherries might fix cherry. That's a great idea. All right, Go get me them cherries, Please. I think I saw some in the fridge. Yeah, Definitely saw some in the fridge. I know because when we were at shopping, We got all sorts of different fruits and cherries are definitely in the fridge. They went to go get the cherries and brought them back to cherry. Cherry sat and ate the cherries. A lot of cherries, Like a pound of cherries. It was a lot of cherries. I don't feel very well at all now. I feel really sick. I ate too many cherries. Heidi said, Let's just give it an hour or two and see what happens with your tummy. That might do the trick. An hour or two passed by and not much happened except cherry got more of a tummy ache and she was trumping a lot more. Oh no, The worst of the worst has happened, Said cherry. All I'm doing is tooting and tooting and tooting, Trumping, Trumping, Trumping, 14, 14, 14. That's it. That's all I'm doing. And I'm not even feeling like I need to go to the toilet. I just feel like I'm full of gas now. I don't even feel like I'm going to do anything on the potty if I go. This is just ridiculous. What should we do now? What should we try? Heidi said, Well, I think coffee makes people go to the toilet a lot. I've heard that. I'm not having coffee, Said cherry. Coffee's for adults. Coffee will make me go crazy. I think there's something really strange about coffee because coffee, Adults never want you to drink coffee. It's like, It's like, It's like, It's like, What? Like, It's like, What's the word? It's like, Oh, I can't even, This brave fog's driving me bersonkers. Heidi said, You mean it's like forbidden? Yeah, Something like that. Like, You know, Kids can't drink coffee because if we do, We'll blow up into 10 million pieces because coffee will make us go crazy, Man. Crazy. So yeah, No, I'm not going to try coffee because I don't think it's good for me and I'm a good girl. I'm not going to drink coffee if I'm not supposed to have coffee. So what else? You could try green juice, Said Heidi. Green juice can make a lot of people go to the toilet because it's full of all those good things for you. So, Cherry, No, I've been there, Done that, Tried the green juice, Not doing it again. What else? They said, Maybe prunes. Prunes make people go poop, I've heard. Do we have any prunes? Said Cherry. Hmm, I think we have some prune juice. That's supposed to work. Go get it, Said Cherry. Go get it right now, Faye, Because I'm going to explode. I've got so much poop inside of me. I'm like 15 million pounds of poop now and four hours, Four hours more of this and I'm going to weigh so much and have so much poop in my body that it's going to start coming at me. Yes. I'm going to be so full of poop. I don't like being constipated. I'm starting to feel really sorry for myself. I don't like it at all. I just like to go poop every day like a regular person or a regular cat or a regular elephant. Do they poop every day? Said Cherry. She was asking Heidi. Heidi said, I'm sure elephants poop every day too. Oh no, You know what? I just had this awful fall. Can you imagine if an elephant's constipated? And then three days later goes to the toilet. Have you seen the size of an elephant? Well, You know, Have you seen it? Have you seen the size of an elephant's, You know, Toilet mess stuff, Pooping? Have you seen it? It's absolutely enormous. Can you imagine the poor, Like, Elephant keeper, Like the zoo keeper, Has to pick up all that elephant poop after it poops after three days of being constipated? That would be so bad. Anyway, I'm going to get back to feeling sorry for myself. I feel so sorry for myself. I just want to poop. I just want to go to the toilet like normal people. They came back with the prune juice and gave her the prune juice and she drank a lot of it. Now, Said Heidi, We'll wait. We'll give it a couple of hours and we'll wait. They waited. They played car games. Heidi read a book for a while. All of the cats took a little nap for a while. Then Cherry sat up really quickly from the nap, Tapped on Veya and tapped on Heidi and shouted, I need to poop. Veya and Heidi sat up really quick. Do you think so? Said Veya. Heidi said, Go, Go, Go, Go, Go to the toilet. Cherry got up really quickly and ran to the toilet. She came out after about five minutes with a big smile on her face. She started dancing around the living room. OMG, I feel so good. I feel so relieved. I feel as light as a butterfly. She was prancing around the room, Dancing with her paws up in the air like she was a butterfly flying through the sky. Oh, It's the bestest feeling in the world. Oh, Would have thunk. It's so important to poop. Heidi said, That's why it's important to eat properly, Eat lots of vegetables, Eat lots of fruit. What do you think made you constipated in the first place? Cherry said, Uh, And she looked very guilty. Uh, Let me think. I don't have brain fog anymore. I know exactly what it was. Bread. I ate way too much bread. Yeah, That's it. Bread, A lot of bread. I had like 18 slices of bread the other day and I think that might have just made a big bread, Bread like heavy ball of bread in my belly or something. Because it was like a big stodgy ball and it just didn't want to move. So said Heidi. Now, You know, You don't eat 18 slices of bread. You eat fruit and vegetables and things with lots of fiber. So it helps to move through your colon and your bowels so you can poop on a regular basis and feel awesome. Oh, I do feel awesome. Said Cherry. I feel like the bestest I've felt in days. I'm never going to do that again. I'm staying away from bread, Staying away from bread. And I'm going to definitely lots and lots more vegetables because I do eat a lot of fruit, But I don't eat a lot of vegetables. I must admit. So I'm going to eat lots more vegetables from now on because I never want to be stuck full of poop ever again in my entire life because it's just not nice. They said, I'm going to stick to a very healthy diet from now on because I don't want to ever go through what you just went through. Cherry said, Yeah, Your best because it were awful. It was absolutely awful. I'm telling you, Not nice at all. Anyway, You know that I'm awesome and you know that I can handle anything, Right? Even though I almost lost it there for a moment. I didn't. Did I? I didn't lose it. Did I, Heidi? I didn't. Heidi said, No, You did really good, Cherry. Cherry said, Thanks. Thanks. All right. Now, Now I really do need a nice, Nice long, Long nap because now I can get really comfortable because I don't have like a giant, Giant ball of bread in me, In my body anymore. So yeah, Let's all lay down. Let's all relax and let's all cuckold up together and go to sleep now, Right now, Right now, Right now. Heidi closed her eyes. Bea closed her eyes. Cherry was satisfied, Closed her eyes and then all three cats were fast asleep after a very interesting poopy day. The end. The end. The end. The end. The end. The end. The end. The end. The end.
