So thank you for joining me.
My name is Corrie.
Let's meditate together.
If you can sit down in a comfortable seated position,
If you haven't done so already,
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Close down your eyes,
Shut out the world outside.
Start to bring your attention inward,
Bring it into your little safe space inside of your mind.
Breathe.
Slow down your breathing.
Let your shoulders relax.
On your next inhale in,
See if you can breathe all the way down the back of your spine.
Starting at the top at the nape of your neck,
Breathe all the way down the back of your spine until it reaches your coccyx.
And then as you breathe out,
Just allow everything around your spine to soften and relax.
So again,
Let's do that visual in your mind.
Breathe in through your nose.
See your breath going all the way down the nape of your neck,
Down each vertebra of your spine,
All the way down to the base.
And as you breathe down your spine,
Make sure you stretch it and you lengthen it and you sit up even more nice and straight.
And as you breathe out,
Soften your shoulders,
Relax your face,
Soften everything around your spine.
And then relax into a pace with your breath that feels really good for you.
Find that sweet spot.
Come all the way down to the base of your spine for me.
And just feel your sit bones,
Feel your hips,
The root of your spine.
And start to just breathe into that space.
So for the next couple of breaths,
Take your attention and your breath all the way down to the base of your spine.
Use your imagination and start to play just a little bit.
Instead of being sat where you are in your present reality,
Imagine that you're sat on a giant rock,
A really good,
Comfortable,
Sturdy rock,
Like a big rock that you found on a walk or something.
And take a deep breath in and imagine that you're breathing in a crisp,
Fresh morning.
The rock is cool under your sit bones and it feels slightly damp.
But if you reach down and you kind of just run your fingertips over it,
You can feel the texture of the rock.
It's like little grainy,
Sandy pieces and there's a rough texture to it like sandpaper.
Feels very earthy,
Very,
Very solid.
If you press down and you kind of pat the rock,
You can feel completely held with this solidity.
The frequency of the rock is very,
Very dense.
Like if it could talk to you,
It would be like,
Good morning.
A very strong,
Deep energy.
Like an old granddad rock,
Good morning.
Good morning,
Rock.
Feel it underneath your legs.
And then bring your hands back into your lap or on your knees.
Close down your eyes and breathe in that fresh,
Crisp morning.
Doesn't matter what's around you.
You've got your eyes closed.
You could be absolutely anywhere,
Sat on this big,
Strong grandfather rock underneath the base of your spine.
And that's all we need for this meditation.
We just need his deep,
Sturdy,
Steadfast energy.
And we're going to draw from it.
We're going to utilize grandfather's energy.
So use your breath to start to activate this like injection of energy coming from the base of your spine.
So as you take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in,
Pull.
Imagine that you're pulling in through the root,
Through the base of your spine.
What will help with this is just a slight tension,
A slight contraction on your pelvic floor.
So as you breathe in,
Slightly tighten the pelvic floor and pull.
So visualize that you're pulling in this deep,
Grounding,
Earthy energy from the rock.
Imagine that this rock,
This grandfather rock,
Contains all that you need.
All the different aspects of the universe.
All the frequencies,
The vibrations,
The energies.
It's all alive inside of this rock.
Everything that you're going to need to learn to say no is in the energy of this space.
You have to make it work for you.
So we're going to start to make it work by using your breath.
So once again,
Visualize that you're breathing in this energy,
Tighten,
Constrict just a little bit your pelvic floor,
Squeeze it and pull as if you're pulling energy up your spine all the way to the top of your head.
And then as you exhale,
Soften.
Start to imagine that the body is like a sponge and you're opening all of the tiny little ventricles of your body.
So every time you exhale,
Relax and open.
Breathe in,
Slight contraction.
See it as if you're pulling this energy,
The solidity into the sponge that you are.
And it's starting to now really get quite strong in the base of your spine.
Feel it like a heaviness,
A fullness,
Tingling sensation maybe.
You may feel a presence of a pulse,
A very slight pulse from your body and the earth.
It's easier to feel the pulse or the tingles if you hold your breath.
A complete stillness allows you to be more observant.
Let's start to take in with intention.
Feel this energy,
The solidity in the base of your spine.
Feel it around your root chakra and start to see it like a Sedona red mountain.
Deep,
Earthy,
Dark,
Deep blood red.
Feel it and pull it into your root chakra and allow it to start to activate.
In your mind's eye,
See the chakra.
All of your chakras are spinning discs.
They're like spinning wheels.
So imagine that as you breathe in this energy and you suck it in through the base of your spine,
You're starting to create a flow of energy that circulates this disc,
Starts to make it spin.
Like those windmill things that you have on the garden.
Imagine that you're doing that with the energy coming from this beautiful rock that's sharing its space with you.
And when that energy starts to move and activate,
Know that it's bringing in a sense of strong,
Strong,
Independent safety.
You're safe.
You're safe in this body.
You're safe in this world.
Let this energy start to activate that feeling of safety inside of you,
No matter what's going on.
Can you imagine you're going to say no and you're going to feel safe?
It's okay.
You can say no.
Just feel that deep,
Dark,
Rich energy at the base of your spine and know that it's activated.
Know that it's with you.
And so it is.
Now,
Pull the rock,
The grandfather rock energy,
Pull it deeper inside of you.
Imagine with your breath that you're sucking it up to your second chakra in your lower abdomen,
Your sacral.
See it filling,
Expanding up into your sacral,
Creating this beautiful,
Fiery orange,
Deep,
Deep,
Rusty orange,
Active and alive and full of electricity and magnetism,
Sparking it up.
It's waking it up and it's starting to spin the disc of your sacral chakra,
Activating your ability to get joy and pleasure,
Joy and pleasure of the experience,
The emotional experience of this lifetime.
Your emotions can bring you different states of reality.
And within that,
There is acceptance.
And within acceptance,
There's a lack of fear because you know that you're rooted and you're safe.
You're safe to feel.
And within that feeling,
Let's start to activate and cultivate more pleasurable feelings.
Because once you say no,
You say no.
And that's it.
And you can let go.
You don't have to feel anything else about it.
Allow yourself to just be okay with the emotion.
Step into your emotional self in your sacral chakra.
And breathe.
And so it is.
Take a nice big,
Deep breath,
Suck in from the grandfather rock,
Pull it into the base of your spine,
Pull,
Contract slightly so you can feel it coming in,
Pull,
Pull,
Pull,
Pull,
Pull,
Pull it all the way up to your upper abdomen,
Right where your solar plexus is.
And now we start to see the whole world is golden yellow,
Bright,
Bright yellow,
All around you.
Beautiful,
Bright sun rays,
Just shining this golden light,
You might even notice a warmth on your skin on your face,
As if you're being bathed in sunlight.
Just breathe that beautiful sensation in.
Your solar plexus,
Right there on your upper abdomen,
Your solar plexus is all about your willpower,
Your self worth,
Your self esteem,
Your self respect,
Your mental way of looking at the world,
The way that you think.
So let's feed it,
This grandfather energy,
Feed it so that you can have the will.
Step into your will,
Step into your power,
And be comfortable with your now.
Just imagine,
See yourself being totally comfortable.
You say it politely,
You say it with some authority,
And we move along.
It's just no,
It's just no,
It's nothing big and scary.
The people in your life that you say no to that stay around are supposed to be there.
If they cannot respect your no,
Then they do not deserve your space,
Right?
This beautiful,
Sacred space you're creating.
And so it is.
Move up,
Pull the energy even deeper,
Contract your pelvic floor just a little bit as you take the biggest,
Deepest inhale,
Bring it in all the way up to your heart chakra,
The space of love that's blocked by grief.
We probably all have some sadness and grief from past experiences with our nose.
But let's breathe in and start to see the beautiful color emerald green.
Open your heart,
Start to see the little windmill,
The little circular disc spinning as you breathe in the energy from the rock beneath you.
That solidity,
That solid ground that you need right now to be in your power.
Breathe it in your body.
Know that the love that you have for yourself is holding space for any sadness or grief.
Know that the love that you have for yourself can hold space for that.
It doesn't have to be scary.
You don't have to be scared.
Pull the resources of the rock beneath you into your body.
Give this belief a little bit more backbone.
Imagine you're making it stronger,
You're reinforcing it.
Every breath that you pull it in and every exhale as you surrender your body and open to it.
And so it is.
Let's get that,
Stoke the fire and get that wonderful energy from the rock.
Take a nice big deep breath.
Bring it all the way through the other activated chakras.
Bring it all the way up to your throat and start to see the color blue.
Beautiful blue.
This is where you're going to feed your throat chakra and allow it to be comfortable in its authenticity.
The expression of every other chakra in your body authentically coming from a place of truth.
And if you need to say no,
You can say no.
Because you're in your truth.
You're being authentic to yourself.
And there's nothing more powerful than that.
Because who loves you is meant to love you when you're being yourself.
And who doesn't appreciate it and doesn't like you having boundaries and notes,
Then they need to get the heck out of your life.
And we're gonna have a hell no to that.
Nope.

Just let your throat accept the energy.
Take a big deep breath in,
Contract slightly in the pelvic floor as you breathe in.
Visualize,
See it in your mind,
The energy coming all the way up and through into your throat.
Allow it to sit there to bathe your throat with what it needs.
And so that is and so it is.
Now,
Big deep breath all the way up to your third eye,
The seat of your soul,
Seat of intuition.
The point of who you are that sees all.
This place is blocked by illusion.
And we're going to reference that from the aspect of the illusion of all the beliefs that we gathered in childhood about our self-worth,
Our value,
Who we are.
That's all an illusion.
And it's all an illusion because it no longer is here.
It no longer exists only in your mind.
And that which you feed grows.
So what if you stop feeding it?
What if you decide to just let the energy from the rock take away all illusion,
All beliefs that no longer serve you?
See your third eye chakra,
The indigo chakra,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep.
Night sky,
Blue sky,
Dark,
The kind of indigo that you just want to dive into.
See that activated.
Allow it to just see your path forward rather than carry all the illusions and old beliefs.
What if you could just see your path?
So it is.
Finally,
Biggest,
Deepest breath of all.
Contract slightly.
Feel that as you pull in from the grandfather rock that you're sat on.
Pull in that solid,
Knowing,
That wise,
Strong structure.
Pull it in from the rock and pull it all the way through the other chakras,
All the way up to the top of your crown.
And know that as it hits the violet light of your crown,
You're activating cosmic connection,
A sense of oneness,
Connection to all things.
And within that connection to all things and that sense of oneness,
Know that it is impossible for you to ever truly be alone.
You're not alone.
You may sense and feel physically that you're alone,
But you're never alone.
The idea of being abandoned is actually an illusion.
In one world,
Allow that to give you a little bit,
Just the tiniest bit of comfort that deep down,
You've got yourself.
Deep down,
You're not alone.
Deep down,
That's where this to shall pass comes from.
You have everything inside of you to feel comfortable to say now.
All of these powers,
All of these great qualities,
You have them all inside of you.
We just forget sometimes.
So with that awakening and reminder of everything that you are,
I'd like you to take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
One more breath.
Breathe it nice and deep,
All the way through to the top of your head.
And as you breathe out,
Just relax and come back to a normal breath.
I'd like you to reach down and just touch your rock.
Hold it.
Say thank you.

Feed the rock.
