If you'd like to get more comfortable,
Ready for your meditation,
So make sure that you're sat with a straight spine.
Maybe your hands are on your lap or on your knees.
You can close down your eyes.
Let's get in the right mood for our meditation.
Slow down your breathing so your breathing becomes softer.
Take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
As you become more quiet and I become more quiet,
The noises around us with our eyes closed start to become more of a focus.
So allow yourself to just listen in to the natural noises around you in your space.
Maybe there's a slight humming from something electric.
Maybe you can hear traffic or nature,
Birds outside.
Maybe your place is super quiet and then you can hear into the silence which is always awesome.
The slower your breath becomes,
The easier it is to also focus on your heartbeat.
See if you guys can tune in to your heartbeat with me.
Know that your heartbeat actually syncs as much as it possibly can with the heartbeat of Earth,
The rhythm of Mama Earth.
She's slightly slower but she beats just like us.
So know that when you focus in on your heartbeat,
At the same time it's kind of like you're connecting to the heartbeat of the Earth.
If you don't feel your heartbeat very easily,
You can always feel the pulse on your wrist.
Just gently place a couple of fingers on your wrist and you'll feel the pulse.
So it becomes more of a physical sensation as well for you in that sense.
More obvious in your fingertips.
And when you find it,
See how naturally you start to sync into that pace.
It's like the drumming.
It's exactly like the drumming that shamans use.
That's why they use the drums.
They use the drums to stimulate the heartbeat,
To stimulate and simulate Mother Earth and the beat of the Earth.
And then you start to follow the pulse without consciously being aware of it.
Your body starts to feel into that repetitiveness of the drum.
And before you know it,
It takes over your body and changes the frequency inside of your body.
Pretty powerful stuff and it's right there inside of you all of the time.
You could basically just do a meditation where you tap into your heartbeat and sit and just be in the pace of it for five or ten minutes.
And that will take you into a really peaceful state of mind.
For now we're going to do something a little bit more magical.
I'd like you to imagine that as you sit,
Your body is starting to get lighter.
As you calm down and become more peaceful,
The frequency inside of your body is becoming faster which feels to us like a lightness.
That's why when we're happy we get light and when we're sad we get heavy.
So within this quiet peaceful state that we've created,
By tuning into our heartbeat,
We're changing the frequency of our body so that it becomes more lighter,
More spacious.
So see if you can encourage that sensation.
Every time you breathe in,
Think about relaxing your body even more.
Enjoying that sweet peaceful state,
That quiet place.
And every time you breathe out,
Imagine that you're breathing out any heaviness and your whole body is becoming more spacious,
More open,
More light.
So you're encouraging that change in frequency.
Your hands and your arms are becoming lighter.
So feel that part of your body.
Breathe into that space and as you exhale any heaviness,
The next time you breathe in,
Feel them expand,
Open,
As if they're lifting and they're lighter.
Feel your legs and your sit bones and your torso starting to open and expand and become lighter.
In your mind you can start to visualize that you're lifting off the seat slightly,
Hovering.
You're so light,
So open.
Let yourself start to get higher and higher.
You're moving up towards the ceiling of your room,
Moving through the ceiling because you're so spacious and open.
Your particles can do that,
The vibration that you're at can do that,
Like your astral traveling and you can travel through walls.
Go up through the ceiling,
Up over your home.
Imagine that you're looking down on the space below.
You can see your house or your place down there.
You keep rising higher and higher and higher,
Going up towards the clouds,
Going higher and higher,
Feeling the clouds around you.
Everything looks very small now down below,
Moving up through the clouds.
Imagine that you're starting to move faster and you're going up through the atmosphere until you find yourself in the middle of space,
Looking down at Earth down below.
Let yourself get even bigger now that you have more space.
Open up completely as if you're just light,
But you're light with a purpose.
You have all the spectrums of light within you that you can create and from this space that which would be your eyes are starting to gather all different light particles that you can beam down and around Mother Earth.
Like you're in your alien body right now and you're up there trying to make Earth a better place by creating all these wonderful pretty colors that you can beam down from your eyes and start to color all over the planet.
You can color around it as if in your mind you can see a rainbow of color all around the Earth.
And all of those colors have a different healing property.
Color is very healing.
It has its own energy,
Its own frequency,
It even has its own sound.
So as you powerfully beam down those colors,
Especially around different places on Earth that really really need help right now,
Intuitively let your mind just push out any color that you think is necessary in different areas.
Or you can just blast the whole world with a rainbow.
And as you're spacious and nothing but light,
Pull in more light so that you have more power.
Like an electric current you're pulling in all of the electricity and magnetism that's around you.
Pull it all in.
Imagine every breath that you breathe in you're sucking it into your light particles so that you can powerfully blast it on the exhale.
Breathe that color down around our planet wherever you feel it needs it.
So we're creating a world of color and just trust that the right colors and the right healing properties go to the right places on Earth.
There's no end to you in this form.
Your light is everywhere and you can draw off the energy making you stronger and stronger so that you can play with the light beams coming out of your eyes.
You can make them gentle or you can make them super super strong and powerful.
I'll give you a couple more minutes of doing this so just have fun and enjoy.
If you lose yourself in your meditation and you start to drift off in your mind,
Come back to your breath.
Always come back to the anchor of your breath so that you can regain your focus and attention.
Counting down from five.
On every count sinking down lower and lower until I get to one and you'll be back in your chair.
Counting down from five.
Start to let yourself come together and come down.
Five,
Four,
Imagine you're coming down through the clouds.
Coming down lower.
Three,
Two,
Coming down through the roof,
Down into your space in your room.
One,
Feeling your sit bones back down on your chair.
Keeping your eyes closed.
See if you can pull your attention back into your heartbeat.
Hold your breath and see if you can feel it.
It's easier when there's no movement at all in your body so hold your breath and you'll get that pulse back once again.
You and the earth.
Life force moving through you creating this beat.
Know that you did on an energetical level something good for the world today.
Just have that knowing.
Energy is very powerful,
Very magical.
Feel your heartbeat a couple more times.
Know how powerful you are.
And we'll just close that with and so it is.
Say that to yourself and so it is.
Sealing the deal on the energy exchange that we just did with the world.
And you can gently open your eyes and come back into your room.
