Transcript

Sit down or lie down.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Take a few nice breaths in.

And as you exhale,

Clean yourself.

And all the tension who is no longer serving you from your body is releasing.

And another nice deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

You let go of more of the things who no longer serve you.

Now as you settle into your body more and more,

Just imagine or envision there is a tiny version of yourself living in your head space.

Let's call her mini me to see your mini me in your head space walking around and pulling the strings and having everything under control.

And as she takes care of everything,

It sometimes feels hard for us to connect to our heart space.

To be present in our full purpose.

Knowing what we really need and what we really want.

Let's ask your mini me to go at the back of your head where the spine attaches to your skull.

And there is an elevator.

She's pressing the button to the elevators coming up.

And as the doors open,

She's taking a nice big step into the elevator.

And she presses down the doors close into elevators slowly and steadily.

Move through what's your heart space further and further down.

And as you arrive and the door opens,

Poke your head out of the elevator.

Just have a cheeky quick look around and notice what do you see.

As you step out of the elevator and walk around the room,

Just notice how you feel in this special heart room of yours.

This is your special place.

Here you can create everything you desire.

Make it comfortable.

Make it your special room so you enjoy it.

Maybe you need to put in a few more windows to bring in more sunlight.

Or maybe you just put in a nice comfy couch or whatever feels aligned or feels choosy comfortable to you.

So as your mini me,

Put everything in place in your heart room and gets very comfortable in it.

It's your time to just breathe into it.

Take a few more deep breath in and just notice how you're feeling while your mini me is in your heart's room.

Is there anything special coming up for you?

You or she needs?

Building this awareness supports you to bring more light and ease into your life.

And as she spends more and more time in her heart room,

Your mini me,

More alignment and more connection with your body brings you so much more ease.

Now just run through a quick scan through your body and notice is there any part of your body who feels tense or you're not sure about what is going on and you would love to get some more questions answered.

Imagine a French door is opening up in the heart room and as this French door is opening up,

Your mini me has a poke around and sees everything in your body,

All your organs and everything was happening and going on.

And now in front of her a bridge is unfolding and opening up to the exact place and space in your body where you experience some tension or discomfort.

And as this bridge is opening up,

Your mini me is walking over the bridge to the place where the discomfort is and she has looked around noticing what is going on there,

What is needed so this tension or discomfort can release.

Just listen closely.

Notice if your body gives you an answer.

If yes,

That's awesome.

Just take this answer and make sure to implement it in your day.

In case you're not getting an answer yet,

Just bring some beautiful green light from your heart's room into this area of your body.

So a bit more release and healing can happen.

Just notice as the green light shines up on this area,

What is changing in your body.

Is there a release happening?

Is she still not sure what you need there or is it okay as it is?

As you're going to get your answers and slowly moving back to your heart room,

The bridge rolls back in into your heart room and the French doors are closing up.

So your mini me has a new found awareness where she can make aligned decisions and can take aligned actions moving forward from the heart space.

This is a beautiful opportunity for you.

As now you can either take the elevator back up into your headspace or you can just notice or try and have a play around and see how long can you mini me stay in your heart space.

There are maybe days where she can stay for quite some time and others she automatically moves up again into your headspace.

Just building this awareness and having some fun with it is supporting you to be more connected to your heart.

And as you now have experienced how it feels in your heart space and how comfortable it is,

You can always set your intention and go back into your heart space,

Into your heart's room.

It's just a heartbeat in a second of time.

Just building this awareness and connecting more and more fully with the true real you from your heart space perspective.

They give you more deep breath in and as you exhale,

Getting more and more awareness again of the room goes around you.

Maybe open your eyes and just smile about the beautiful experience you have gained and how you can easily connect to your purpose into your heart space and getting answers of what's going on in your body so you can support it more fully.
