It's designed to heal the script running through the hearts and minds of many people,

Thinking that something more is coming,
Somewhere else,
Sometime in the future.
Bigger love,
Bigger home,
Bigger money,
Yet missing the bigness of today.
Life is inviting us to enjoy the beauty of today by finding that big love in the arms of today,
By making myself perfectly at home within my body today.
Allowing my energy,
My self-concept,
To go big today.
Feeling empowered and valued for who I am today,
Not who I should be or could be or will be someday.
No more playing in linear time,
Waiting and wondering for that elusive promised land.
We are all being called to be that powerful woman,
That powerful man,
In our own life today.
There's no time to wait for our future self.
It's time to merge with her,
With him today.
Now before you settle in for the meditation,
Take a deep breath and put your hands on your heart as you look around you now and say,
This is my life.
Breathe in the snowing today,
Right here,
Right now.

Now take another deep breath as you close your eyes and rest your hands softly in your lap and move from your head into your heart and allow the words that follow to stir the sleepy parts of your soul.
To wake you up and to open your eyes to the beauty,
The brevity and the preciousness of your life today.
