If our minds are filled with sympathy and compassion,
They will be resistant to the negative words we hear,
Buddha.
I invite you to close your eyes and begin to take a few moments to spend time with your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
With each breath,
Relax a little more.
Letting go and feeling a sense of relaxation spilling over your body.
Instilling the mind.
Going deeper into that still point within.
Until you are touching in with that lightness of being that you are.
Now touch in with the light of the divine.
Feel how this connection naturally expands your energy and readies you to receive the mantras of remembering that heal the mind and build your soul.
I am doing the best that I can.
Every day I do a little better.
Sometimes I make mistakes and that's okay.
I know that I am doing the best that I can.
Because truly if I knew better,
I would have done better.
I am doing the best that I can.
I am going to make mistakes.
It's okay.
It's all part of the learning process.
I choose to be kind and to be my friend when I make mistakes.
For I know each time I try again,
My best will just keep getting better.
I am willing to give myself permission to try again and again and again and again.
Edison failed thousands of times in making the light bulb.
And now the world is enjoying the fruits of his failures.
What if I kept trying?
What if I didn't give up?
Imagine what I could do.
I let go of thinking that the only way I can feel good is if I am so called better than another.
The only person I choose to be better than is the person that I was yesterday.
Others may be more accomplished than me.
That's okay.
The world just needs me to be fully me.
I let go of trying to find or measure my value by comparing myself with another.
I am going to clean my mind of all careless thinking and negative self-talk.
Your insecurity is just a bad habit of thinking bad about me.
From this moment forward,
My mind is going to be a safe zone for me.
A protected playground.
A bully free zone.
I am going to fill my mind with positive thoughts,
Confident images and happy memories and visions of me succeeding.
I will image in all that I want to accomplish.
When I think about me,
I am going to think of a person who is confident and creatively free to explore this world.
I am not only going to think of myself as confident,
I am going to see myself being confident.
I am going to feel it in my bones.
That feeling of confidence and self-appreciation.
For there is a secret chant rattling about in these bones of mine,
Reminding me to believe in the worthiness of me.
Reminding me to embrace the value of me.
Reminding me to celebrate the uniqueness of me.
And reminding me to hold myself in the sunshine of my own love.
To shower myself with kindness.
I am going to program my mind to continually play the soundtrack of the top 10 most positive things that I love about me.
I am going to build my self-concept of a productively powerful and positive person.
I am going to be kind to that person I see in the mirror.
I will look myself in the eyes and say I will love you and love you and love you and love you until you remember who you are.
I will love myself into remembering.
Today I will practice feeling positive feelings about me.
And I will flow them through my entire body.
I will saturate myself in a positive marinade.
Every day I will practice liking myself more and more and more and more.
And tomorrow I will like myself more than I do today.
And the next day I will like myself more than I did the day before.
Every day I will remember more and more positive things about me.
And these positive feelings will stay with me and grow stronger tomorrow and stronger the day after tomorrow.
I am going to commit to take time each day to get to know me.
Where I was coded for specific tasks and my talents are essential to building a beautiful world.
Every day I am going to spend some quiet time with myself.
Breathing and feeling that spark within me grow.
For the larger that spark grows,
The more confident I will become.
I am willing to explore my light and let my light grow beyond the borders of yesterday.
Every day my understanding of who I am is growing.
And today and every day I am going to show up as my boldest,
Most authentically sincere self.
I will radiate a confident presence which comes from my powerfully positive thoughts that I think about me.
I will relax and embrace every line and curve of my body.
Every intricate detail of me.
I will walk with an awakened heart into my day and always remember that I bless myself and my future self.
With the positive thoughts I think about me today.
And so it is.
And so it will be.
