There is a living light,
A pure source,
Spark of the divine,
That resides within our heart.
A light which shines so bright,
The Upanishads tell us,
That it shines beyond the world,
Even the highest heaven.
This living fire,
This light within us that was meant to shine so bright,
Is the flame of love,
And when we ignite this light,
We become living light,
And our presence naturally sends out healing,
Restoring particles of light,
Called love,
Wherever we go.
I love that vision of being living light,
But even more than holding a vision for ourselves,
I believe we are being called to go beyond our vision,
And once again become living light.
We are being called to just surrender our struggles and barriers we have built against love,
Over to the infinite love,
That love that loves us so unexplainably,
That we can once again become that living light.
Today in our meditation,
We are going to immerse ourselves in the flame of love and renew that within us that has never forgotten the light.
Together we are going to practice allowing that magic in,
That diamond sparkling light that flows of divine grace,
That love that is within us and all around us.
Let love do her perfect work in you.
Let love love you.
Let love open you.
Let love heal you.
Let love remind you how lovable and loving you are.
Now to assist love in doing her perfect work,
Let's place our hands upon our heart center and simply follow your breath in and out,
As you surrender to the particles of living light that are within you and all around you.
Take some time to connect with this love in the form of light,
For as you breathe light into your heart,
You are cleansing,
Purifying,
And transforming not only your heart center,
But your physical heart into an instrument of love.
Welcome in divine light.
Call upon it with the innocence of a child.
Knowing as you call,
You are answered,
And then see love respond to you with the speed of light.
Under love's care,
We feel seen,
We feel known,
And we feel cared for.
Let love do her perfect work in you.
Just continue breathing and being,
Allowing this pure divine energy to build under your hands,
For it is building you a home,
A home of divine presence,
Where love can do her perfect work in you.
Say yes to love.
Let your body begin to soften into the essence of your soul.
Relax and awaken your soul energy.
Tap into the supreme power of love,
For this is your superpower.
When you commune with the divine this way,
When you return to your spiritual roots,
You naturally feel loved and lovable and become an exponential healing force of good in the world,

And find yourself standing before the altar of your own heart,
Where the flame,
The eternal flame of God's glory,
That eternal flame that has come as you is burning brightly.
Now invite your eternal flame of divine love,
That is alive and burning within you,
To reveal itself to you in ever greater glory,

Saturate me with your pure and boundless energy,
Awaken me to your power and grace,
