Welcome to this meditation.

During this meditation,

You will deeply relax and find a sense of peace and serenity for your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Get into a comfortable position.

Make sure there are no distractions around you.

You're going to start by taking some deep breaths so you can begin to feel more relaxed.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the air moving throughout your body,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it at the top for 3-4 seconds,

And release it completely.

Feeling so relaxed and so calm,

Imagine yourself standing outside of your home,

Breathing in the fresh air,

And releasing any tension into the earth below you.

As you stand there looking out,

You notice a beautiful white light floating towards you.

The energy from this light is so peaceful and expansive.

The light moves towards you,

And it touches your forehead.

Light begins to move down your body,

And you feel a deeper sense of tranquility.

I'm going to say different affirmations as the light moves throughout your body.

Repeat these affirmations in your mind to anchor them deep within yourself.

You feel the warmth of the light moving throughout your body,

From your head to your toes,

Relaxing every muscle,

Every fiber,

And every cell within your body.

Your body is so relaxed,

And your mind is ready to anchor in these affirmations.

I love and accept where I am right now.

I am free.

I see with loving eyes,

And my life is filled with joy.

I release the old,

And welcome the new.

I release the past with love,

And I choose gratitude.

I express myself freely and joyously.

My life is peaceful.

I release tension with ease,

And live a life of bliss.

I am strong and powerful.

I relax knowing the wisdom of life takes care of any details that I may miss.

I trust that things are always working out for me.

I bring joy to the center of my life.

I am calm.

I move through my life with ease and joy.

I move forward with confidence,

Knowing that all is well.

I am grounded,

And I am safe.

I know who I am.

I love who I am.

I choose to fulfill my destiny and live in peace.

This beautiful white light is surrounding your entire body now.

You feel this powerful energy that has now entered every cell of your being.

Harmony,

Peace,

Love,

And joy surround me at all times.

I am the expression of peace and love.

I am the power and authority in my life.

I am free to be me.

Relax now into the knowing that these affirmations are true,

And that this feeling of peace is always available to you.

This is the end of the meditation.

Go out into the world with a new sense of purpose and a deeper feeling of self-love.
