Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a few gentle breaths,

Inhaling slowly and comfortably.

I am Colleen Fletcher,

Guiding you on a journey of inner beauty and calm with colors and scents of lavender and sound.

Settling into your body with the sounds of music flowing in and out with your breath,

The calming frequencies resonate with you,

Clearing away any mental clutter and inviting a sense of peace.

Now,

Imagine,

Know,

Or visualize a soft,

Gentle light,

The color of lavender,

Beginning to surround you.

Feel its warmth,

Its gentle energy enveloping you like a comforting embrace.

This lavender light is a symbol of tranquility,

Clarity,

And heightened consciousness.

As you breathe,

See this lavender light expanding,

Filling every cell of your body.

Feel it gently soothing any tension,

Any stress,

And any worries you may be holding.

Allow it to wash over you,

Around you,

And through you,

Bringing a sense of deep connection.

Now experience,

In whatever way works best for you,

This lavender light weaving around you,

Creating a soft,

Protective cocoon.

Feel yourself being wrapped in its gentle embrace,

Safe and secure.

Allow yourself to release any inhibitions,

Any fear of judgment,

And embrace the freedom of self-expression.

Feel this lavender light gently opening the doors of your mind,

Clearing away any mental fog,

And inviting ease of your mind.

Feel your thoughts becoming clearer,

Your intuition sharper,

Your understanding more profound.

If you have flowers or essential oils of lavender,

Take a moment to surround yourself in the essence of it.

Smell the lavender and further nourish your body with this soothing.

Notice how your body feels as you breathe deeply.

Is there any tightness or discomfort?

As you continue to breathe,

Allow yourself to soften any areas of tension,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclench,

And your forehead soften.

Slowly move your attention through your body,

Your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Neck,

And abdomen.

Down your hips,

Legs,

Knees,

And feet.

Notice any sensations,

Any areas of tension,

And as you breathe,

Imagine that tension is melting away.

Let each exhale be a release,

Allowing you to sink deeper into calm.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow the lavender light to gently expand your consciousness,

Connecting you to a deeper sense of awareness.

Feel yourself expanding beyond the limitations of your physical body,

Connecting with the vastness of the world around you.

Know that you are safe,

You are supported,

And you are loved.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this moment of peace,

This moment of clarity,

This moment of expanded consciousness.

Breathe deeply the color of lavender,

Clearing away any tension.

Breathing out,

Release all tensions.

Continuing with this gentle breath of breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing your body to soften and lavender to radiate through your body.

Now as your body continues to settle,

Take a moment to become aware of your thoughts.

Gently notice if your mind is busy or if certain worries or stresses are trying to get your attention.

There's no need to push them away.

Acknowledge them and gently return your focus to your breath.

Using the colors of lavender,

Imagine for a moment what it would feel like if you were free from stress and deeply connected to your calm body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Continuing to wrap your senses and your thoughts in the soothing calm of lavender.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.

Feel the warmth of lavender light still surrounding you,
