Bringing hand to heart,
Coming to a comfortable seat,
Hand to heart if that's comfortable,
Or just resting the hands gently on the legs,
And listening to your body.

I accept myself in all of my messy,
Beautiful becoming.
I see my messy,
Beautiful self,
And I choose to accept all of me.
I take my place in the world filled with messy,
Beautiful,
Becoming humans,
Of which I am one.
And I choose to offer my own heart,
My own body,
My own mind and soul,
Tenderness,
Compassion,
And love.
I choose to believe and to see and to know that I am worthy of my own and others love,
Compassion,
And tenderness.
I accept myself in all of my messy,
Beautiful becoming.

I accept myself and offer myself love in the places of my messy,

And I will hold this close to my heart as I move through my day.
