Hello,

My loves,

And thank you for being here.

My name is Coco Alexandra.

I am a Soul Coach,

Psych teacher and author.

This is a guided healing meditation to reclaiming your energy.

As energetic beings,

We often are leaving behind our energies in many different places.

We as modern day people tend to be caught in the hustle and bustle of life.

When we are scrolling all the time,

If we are packing in our schedules,

We are then not present.

When this happens,

We create energy leaks.

This guided meditation is a space for you to come back into your body,

To release those energetic cords from people,

Places,

Situations,

Or objects,

And to return life force energy to yourself.

Without further ado,

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable space free of disturbances.

You may choose to lay down or sit up straight,

Whatever resonates with you the most.

If you would like to bring in a crystal that you feel drawn to,

To support you during this guided meditation,

Please feel free to do that now.

Gently closing your eyes,

Tuning into your breath.

Inhaling deep down.

Inhaling deep down into your belly,

Expanding your belly and chest.

Fully releasing on the out breath.

Repreat this breathing a few times.

As you do,

Allow yourself,

Invite your mind,

Body,

Soul,

Spirit to completely open up to receive this energy healing,

This meditation journey and transmission.

As you continue to breathe,

Gently scan your body from head to toe,

Noticing if there are any specific areas in which you feel particularly heavy or contracted.

Consciously bring your breath to that part of your being and breathe into your body and releasing that heaviness or that stagnation through the out breath.

As you continue to breathe deeper and deeper,

Noticing your body relaxing even more and more into this moment.

This moment is yours.

You get this time to yourself to nourish yourself and fill up your cup.

Breath by breath,

Noticing your breath and your heartbeat simultaneously sinking into one harmonious beat.

Now I invite you to gently raise your awareness to about one feet above your head and falling back a little bit even more so that you can see sense of feel from a bird's eye view where your energies are being left behind.

Noticing your energy field,

Perhaps feeling or seeing it like energy threads and following these threads to see where they're linked to.

Your energies could be perhaps tethered to a person,

A specific situation,

Place and object or even a conversation or a digital platform.

No judgment here.

You're simply observing where these energies are leading you and guiding you.

Perhaps you feel surprised at where these energies are leading you wherever they lead.

No judgment.

You just want to be aware of where and how far your energy can extend.

And now the power of your mind and intention visualize these beautiful golden scissors releasing your energy cords from all of these people,

Places,

Situations,

Digital platforms and conversations,

Whether past,

Present or future.

Releasing them with love,

Releasing them with compassion,

Forgiving others and forgiving yourself for these energetic entanglements of breath by breath.

Calling back all of your energy back to your body,

Back to your aura,

Back into your space.

Breath by breath.

See sense of feeling your life force energy return to you.

Perhaps you feel a wave of energy increasing within you.

Perhaps you see different colors in your third eye.

Whenever you see sense or feel is personal and unique to you.

Breath by breath.

Coming back into your wholeness.

Breath by breath.

Feel sense or know your energy field becoming stronger and stronger.

Once you feel your life force energy coming back fully into completion.

I want you to tune into your heart.

Breathe into your heart three times to activate the heart space.

Really integrating all 12 parts of your being with your own energies.

Tuning into what your own energies truly feel like.

Perhaps you're feeling or seeing colors,

Perhaps certain words are popping into your psyche.

Or maybe it's just a sensation that you feel.

Whatever it is,

Tune into it.

You can always,

Always come back to this practice.

Every time you reduce it as practice,

You strengthen a neural pathway within you.

And like strengthening muscle memory,

It becomes easier and easier for you to reclaim your power to reclaim your energies.

Every time you come back to this guided meditation healing,

It receives another layer of healing.

I invite you now to focus on your energies and ground it from the top of your head all the way down your spine to the base of your spine and grounding it through your breath down your legs into your feet.

And extending this energy through the spiritual roots from your feet and grounding in to Mother Gaia's grounding consciousness to integrate all that we're moving on that we're healing.

When you feel new sense of groundedness,

Centeredness,

I invite you to take three deep breaths.

Placing one hand over the heart and one hand over your navel.

Gently bring a smile to your face.

Gently place those palms in front of you in prayer position.

And thank yourself,

Thank your higher self.

Thanks spirit for this practice for this healing,

For the stillness.

Thank you for creating space to journey with me.
