Welcome to this short meditation.

My name is Teresa and I have the honor of guiding you today.

Let's go ahead and get into a seated position.

This can be on the floor,

On a chair,

Or on your bed.

And put your hands on your knees or on your lap,

Opening your palms,

Facing them to the sky.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your neck.

Close your eyes,

Relax your forehead,

Relax your jaw.

And let's start tapping within.

Take a big inhale through the nose.

And a big exhale through the mouth.

Take a big inhale through the nose.

And a big exhale through the mouth.

And now to yourself,

You're going to repeat after me.

I'm going to start with I am your first name and your last name.

I am and your full name.

I am your first name and your last name.

Repeat this to yourself.

Any thought,

Feeling,

Or sensation that comes to your mind,

Just let it go.

Acknowledge it as a cloud passing through and come back to repeating I am your first name and your last name.

Now I want you to drop your last name and just repeat your first name.

I am and your first name.

I am and your first name.

I am Maria.

I am John.

I am and your first name.

Any thought,

Feeling,

Or sensation,

Just let it pass like a cloud in the sky and come back to repeating I am and your first name.

Now I want you to drop your first name and just repeat I am.

I am.

I am.

Any thought,

Feeling,

Or sensation,

Just let it pass by.

Repeat I am.

Now I want you to add something that you wish to become,

Something that you're working on becoming,

Or something that you're proud of being.

So I am and whatever that is.

I am strong.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am patient.

I am kind.

I am empathetic.

I am powerful.

I am whatever that is to you.

I want you to repeat I am and your intention.

Let's go ahead and send that intention to the universe and know that as you go throughout your day,

You can always bring it back to you by repeating I am and that intention.

I want you to take a big inhale and exhale through the mouth.

Another inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And exhale through the mouth.

And thank yourself for showing up,

For giving yourself a moment.
