And welcome to your practice.
I'm Alessio,
And I'll be your guide today.
When you choose to start your day with gratitude,
You are deliberately emanating a high frequency,
Opening up your beautiful heart to give as well as receive love and blessings.
In this meditation you will ground yourself in this radiant energy so that you can set positive and loving intentions for your day.
So whether you're sitting or lying down,
Let yourself feel comfortable.
Gently shift your attention to your breath without trying to change it.
Gently observe it in its current rhythm.
Allow your eyes to gently close as if on their own.
Press your shoulders and arms.
Let go of any tension in your face or anywhere else.
This is your time,
And you are at home within yourself.
Gratitude is the attitude,
And your heart is the pulsating center that emanates this energy.
So allow your awareness to move to your heart.
Imagine that your breath is flowing in and out of your heart,
Expanding more and more.
As you hold your awareness in your heart center,
I am going to say a few affirmations of gratitude.
You may repeat them with your inner voice or simply listen and feel the loving energy that they carry.
Feel it in your heart and let it overflow.
I am grateful for the air in my lungs.
I am grateful for my comfortable bed.
I am grateful for my radiant health.
I am grateful for my peaceful mind.
I am grateful for all the support I have.
I am grateful for the earth underneath me.
I am grateful for my loving heart.
I am grateful for all the lessons I learned.
I am grateful for my powerful energy.
I am grateful for bringing joy into this day.
I am grateful for being my authentic self.
I am grateful for being a deliberate creator of my life.
I am grateful for being kind to myself and others.
I am grateful for trusting my intuition.
I am grateful for having unconditional faith in myself.
