Sometimes because of the many things you are doing in your life,

You become restless.

You cannot sit still or take a break even for a short while.

It isn't very half-food,

Isn't it?

Because our body,

Our mind,

Need a break from time to time in order to be more healthy and productive.

So as you are sitting right now,

Just allow yourself for a short while,

Put aside all the things that you are doing,

Come back and take care of yourself.

Start by connecting to your feet on the floor.

Feel the connection of the feet on the floor and start directing your breath on the way to the feet.

In,

Feel the feet.

And out,

Relax all the tensions around the feet.

Moving up,

In,

Feel the knees.

And out,

Relax all the tensions around the knees.

Now in,

Feel the thighs and the hip.

And out,

Relax your legs all the way from the hip.

Now in,

Feel the spine.

And out,

Relax all the muscles around the spine,

From your waist all the way up to your neck.

Now in,

Feel the shoulder.

And out,

Relax all the tensions on the shoulder,

All the way down to your arms,

To all your fingers.

Now in,

Feel your chest.

And out,

Relax all the tension in the chest,

Burdens on the heart.

Now in,

Feel your belly.

And out,

Letting go of all the tension that might be residing inside yourself.

Now in,

Feel your face.

And out,

Relax all the tension in the face.

Smile and remember this feeling and take it in your day to take a break more often,

Because it is very useful more than you know for your life,

Even if it's just for a short while.
