Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
And then slowly exhale,
Letting go of any tension.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the base of your spine,
To your root chakra.
Imagine a warm,
Red light glowing at the base of your spine,
Grounding you to the earth.
With each inhale,
Visualize this red light growing brighter.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded and secure.
Repeat silently,
I am safe,
I am secure.
Move your awareness to your lower abdomen,
Just below the navel,
To your sacral chakra.
See an orange light beginning to glow in this area.
With each breath,
Let this orange light expand,
Filling your lower belly with warmth and creativity.
Repeat silently,
I am creative,
I am passionate.
I am creative,
I am passionate.
Shift your focus to your solar plexus,
Just above the navel.
Visualize a yellow light glowing here,
Filling you with confidence and power.
As you inhale,
See this yellow light becoming stronger,
Radiating out from your center.
Repeat silently,
I am confident,
I am strong.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra,
To your heart center.
Imagine a green light glowing brightly in your chest,
Filling you with love and compassion.
With each breath,
Let this green light grow,
Surrounding your entire being.
Repeat silently,
I am love,
I am open.

I am open.
Move your attention to your throat,
Your throat chakra.
Visualize a blue light glowing here,
Representing your ability to communicate your truth.
With each breath,
See this blue light expanding,
Allowing you to express yourself freely and honestly.
Repeat silently,
I am truth,
I am expressive.
I am truth,
I am expressive.
Shift your focus to the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye chakra.
Visualize an indigo light glowing in this area,
Enhancing your intuition and inner wisdom.
With each inhale,
See this indigo light growing brighter,
Opening your mind to deeper understanding.
Repeat silently,
I am intuitive,
I am wise.
Finally,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
Visualize a violet or white light glowing here,
Connecting you to the universe and your higher self.
With each breath,
See this light expanding,
Filling you with a sense of peace and unity.
Repeat silently,
I am connected,
I am divine.
I am connected,
I am divine.
Take a few deep breaths,
Allowing all the colors and energies to merge and flow harmoniously through your body.
Feel yourself balanced,
Aligned and at peace.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes.
