Welcome.
This practice is an invitation to slow down,
Soften,
And deeply relax.
Allow yourself to get comfortable.
You may lie down if you'd like.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale peace,
Exhale tension.
One more time.
Allow the body to begin unwinding.
We'll begin with a calming breath.
Inhale gently for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And exhale slowly for six,
Five,
Four,
One,
Inhale two,
Three,
Four,
Exhale two,
Three,
Six,
Again slowly,
Softly.
With each exhale,
Feel your body becoming heavier,
More relaxed,
More supported.
Release the jaw,
Relax the shoulders,
Soften the belly,
Imagine just melting away with every breath out,
Bringing awareness to your body.
Notice any areas holding tension without forcing anything.
Simply breathe into those spaces,
Breathing softness into the face,
The neck,
The chest,
The waist,
Relaxing the hips,
The legs,
The feet.
Just allow yourself to completely let go for these next few moments.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to solve,
Just rest.
Returning to your natural breath,
Feel the calmness within you,
Feel the quiet.
Taking one final deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
May this practice leave you feeling grounded,
Peaceful,
And deeply restored.
Rest well,
And thank you for sharing this moment with me.
