Please enjoy this session in a peaceful location.

Hello and good morning.

Are you ready to have an amazing day?

The best way to start a day is by meditating,

To set clear intentions and become more focused.

When you are ready,

Take a nice comfortable position,

Making sure your spine is long and straight.

Bring awareness to your breath.

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale,

Allowing your body to become more relaxed and to center yourself.

You are going to have an incredible day.

Speak it as your truth and feel this truth.

Experience it with a positive attitude in this moment.

Remember that gratitude is a part of the recipe for a great day.

Take a moment to think of all the little things you are grateful for.

Now say it out loud with your lips,

Thank you.

Any sensations you feel,

Just notice them and identify where they are.

Bring awareness back to your breath.

Take purposeful breaths in the present in this moment.

As you breathe,

Set your intentions for the day.

You have chosen to love yourself enough to take this time for you.

How beautiful is that?

Now start to think of your day ahead.

Think about everything going on and all the ways you can place positivity into each task.

You are excited about your day.

You are excited about life.

Amazing opportunities come your way.

You gladly take them.

Now as you imagine your day being incredible,

Think of all of the things that make this possible.

Be grateful for each thing.

Let this gratitude fill you up and expand all over your body.

Allow it to give you peace.

All your needs are always met.

There are so many things in place to enhance your day.

See it in your mind's eye.

Imagine now something even more wonderful happening today.

Imagine this moment.

How would you feel?

Would you be excited,

Happy,

Grateful,

Inspired?

Identify and feel all of these emotions.

Let them flow through your entire body.

You are transforming the cells in your body,

Charging them for an amazing day.

It's the law of your body.

You are creating your future.

Have faith in yourself and in this future.

You are doing amazing.

You are going to have a great day.

Now it's time to experience the joyful day ahead.
