Transcript

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

In this session we are going to concentrate on some breath work.

Any breath work has incredible health benefits.

It improves oxygen capacity in the blood,

Boosting energy levels,

And helping increase stamina.

When you are ready,

Please take a comfortable seated position with your spine long and straight.

Place your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.

Start by visualizing your breath.

Feel it move steadily in and out of your lungs.

Feel your chest and stomach rise as air comes in and feel them both go down as air goes out.

Try to elongate your breath and slow down your heartbeat.

As you're breathing in and out,

Nice and slowly,

Take a moment at the top of your breath to pause before breathing back out.

Now take three more breaths,

Breathing in slowly,

Pausing at the top,

And breathing out before going back.

The natural flow of breathing.

Take some time in this moment to be present,

Visualizing your breath,

Feeling relaxed.

As you have been breathing with awareness,

Expand.

You have been taking meaningful steps towards caring for your health.

This beautiful gift you have given yourself,

Continue to take with you throughout your day.

You did incredible.

Thank you for taking this time to join me focusing on our breath.
