In this meditation, we will go on a journey into your heart together. There you will meet people whom you can now forgive. This releases your heart blockage, strengthens your self-love and allows you to go through life more easily and with an open heart. With this meditation, you will become self-empowered and take responsibility for your own life. You establish contact with your spiritual team and strengthen it. This way you can count on the support of the spiritual world.

Hello here is Claudine and today we are strengthening your self-love and therefore also release your heart blockages.

Your guides,

Your spiritual guides are already in place,

Supporting you.

And I will be at your side as well.

Now just close your eyes and take a deep breath in on a count of four through your nose.

And breathe out on a count of six through your mouth.

Take another breath on a count of four through the nose and on the count of six through your mouth.

One last time,

Count on four,

Inhale through your nose,

Count on six,

Exhale through your mouth.

Take a deep breath in on a count of four through your nose and on the count of six through your mouth.

Sparkling.

Then you see roots forming from your heart crystal down,

Down to your knees,

Your feet into the earth,

Right into middle earth.

There you just hold on,

You anchor yourself.

That gives you stability and strength.

Now you're traveling back to your heart and you see that the golden and red light is joining you and goes straight to your heart,

To your green crystal,

Which is still gleaming.

From there you imagine another roots going up,

Up to the sky,

They are silver and white.

These roots go to the universe,

To the source or attach to another planet,

The sun,

A star,

Whatever might feel right for you.

Then you come with the focus again back to your heart,

The white and silver colors are following you and in your heart white and silver is mixing with the red and gold from inner earth and with your green crystal.

Now you are connected with the earth and with the sky,

The heavens.

From here in the middle of your heart you imagine a figure eight horizontally lying.

One part goes over your right shoulder,

That's your male part and the other part goes over your left shoulder,

That's your female part and in the middle in your heart you're balanced between male and female.

Then you imagine a second figure eight also lying horizontally.

One part is behind your back,

That's your past and the second part is in front of your heart,

That's your future and in the middle you are in the here and now,

Exactly balanced between heaven and earth and between male and female.

Now you are ready and we start our journey together.

Your spiritual guides have already formed a circle around you,

They are supporting and protecting you and I will also guide you and be beside you in our meditation.

Now you imagine a pink cloud around you,

It forms and it is a portal to go into your heart.

Take one step forward and then you will be in your heart.

There you see several doors and today you're going to open door number one.

Just be courageous,

Take a couple of steps and open this door.

Enter in the room.

Now you will see one person or the more persons,

People with whom you're not yet in peace.

It can be people from your surroundings,

People you see often or maybe people you haven't seen for years or even more.

It may also be a person who is already dead.

Everything is correct because time and space doesn't exist in this meditation and in the energetic world.

So look around you and if you don't see anyone you might just know whom you have to forgive.

And forgiving doesn't mean that it's right what this person did to you,

Forgiving means that you set yourself free and the other person to just keep on going,

To feel freer and more at peace.

You only have to take the intention into your heart that you want to forgive and if it's very hard you just tell yourself that you try to forgive.

Take a deep breath in and out and just feel how it gets lighter and easier for you to breathe and maybe also for you to be in your actual body.

Forgiveness is an act of self-love.

Forgiveness will set you free.

Just hold the intention and trust that the spiritual world and your spiritual guides will do the rest.

Now you can see a white light approaching you and enlightening the whole room.

The light changes also to a purple and to a pink light.

The light is dissolving every anger and hurt you still have or had with these people.

Just let them go.

With every breath you take it's getting lighter and easier.

Until you're free.

The people are free to go their way and you are free to start anew with your heart way.

Feel it,

The new love entering into your heart.

Dissolving and healing the hurt.

Just hold on to this feeling and believe that you're now free and it will be so.

Now your emotional baggage is becoming lighter and lighter and your heart opener and opener and more open to the good and the love who's already waiting for you outside in the real world.

So now you step out of your heart room and go back into your real life.

Just take a deep breath in and out.

A second deep breath in and out.

A third breath in and out.

And now you're back into here and now.

Open your eyes and feel the lightness and the wholeness in your heart.

The love you have now for yourself.

And for the world around you,

The people,

The animals and nature itself.

Feel as well a deep inner peace with yourself,

People,

The animals and mother earth.
