Let's talk about your digestion and how you can improve your gut health.
First a quick question,
Does your digestion sometimes feel off even when you're eating well?
Now I'm sure you already know that what you eat is important but as a human design generator how you eat is just as meaningful.
Every human design energy type has its own digestion blueprint and that is above and beyond your personal digestion type.
When you ignore your generator digestion blueprint your body struggles.
Think bloating,
Flatulence,
Constipation,
But when you honor your human design generator digestion blueprint your gut health feels more comfortable and happy.
Think regular bowel movements and a flatter tummy.
Now as a generator the main thing you want to remember is that your digestion struggles when you say yes to food or commitments that your sacral did not agree to.
That means to support your digestion you want to consider your sacral yes before eating because it's your body's way of letting you know that it's ready for food.
Now in reality this means checking in with your sacral before you eat to see if it says yes I am ready for food.
You could also check in with your sacral to see if the food you're about to eat makes your sacral expand in which case it's a yes or check in to see if it makes your sacral contract.
Go inward in which case your sacral is telling you that there is something within the food that may not be supporting you it may not even be good for you at this time.
Just as important to consider is which commitments you're saying yes to that you really want to say no to because if you often say yes when you want to say no you are not honoring your sacral energy instead you're aligning with the not self of frustration and as a result your gut health declines.
So it's really important to only say yes to the experiences that you genuinely want to say yes to not just for your mental health but for your gut health too.
Eating in this way and living life this way helps nourish your body via improved food breakdown and even better absorption and that's really good news if you have leaky gut syndrome or some other gut malabsorption disorder.

Now I know that these digestion tips sound really simple but I promise you if you can experiment with saying yes when you really mean yes and no when you really mean no and really tuning into your sacral before you eat and honoring what it is telling you via its expansion or its contraction you will be giving your gut health the best opportunity to heal and feel happy and comfortable and to support you in the best way that it possibly can.
