Take a moment to find a comfortable position that could be sitting comfortably in a chair or perhaps you wish to lie down for this meditation.
Take any last movements ensuring your complete comfort and begin to connect with your breath.
Becoming aware of the rise and fall of your tummy and your chest each time you breathe in and breathe out.
Right now there is nowhere else to be and nothing else to be doing,
Just simply time to be here enjoying a moment of peace and calm.
Now take a nice slow deep breath in right to the very top for you holding that breath at the top and then slowly letting that go.
And again a nice slow deep breath in right to the very top holding that breath at the top and then slowly letting that go.
And once more a nice slow deep breath in breathing in peace and calm holding that breath at the top and slowly letting that go.
As we breathe out we let go of everything that no longer serves us.
Releasing any fears,
Doubts,
Worries and concerns just letting all tension slip away.
And as we breathe in we breathe in peace,
We breathe in content,
Confidence and positivity.
As you take your breathing back to its natural relaxed rhythm becoming aware of that peace each time you breathe in and that release each time you breathe out.
Allowing all of the muscles in your body to just deeply relax,
Allowing your muscles to melt into the place where you sit or lay,
Just softening and relaxing deeper and deeper.
And now imagine that you are outside walking amongst the trees,
Notice these trees around you,
Their shapes,
Sizes,
The colours of their leaves,
Notice all the earthy tones around you,
The greens,
The browns,
Perhaps orange,
Noticing your footsteps on the ground as here you stroll along without a care in the world,
All the time to simply just be here.
You continue walking between the trees,
Being aware of that nature surrounding you,
The weather being warm and comfortable,
Perhaps a gentle breeze in the air,
The sun shining and feeling warm upon your skin.
As you continue walking you notice that it begins to open up into a field,
Green and vast,
And here further in the distance is a hot air balloon,
You know that this hot air balloon is here for you,
Here to take you on a peaceful journey,
You begin to head over to this hot air balloon,
Notice its colours,
Size,
And as you reach this hot air balloon you gently climb in,
Feeling relaxed and peaceful about this journey ahead,
Notice the blue sky above you,
Notice the views surrounding you here in this field,
Soon enough you will be heading on this peaceful journey,
Gradually drifting up into the tranquility of the sky,
To the freedom and the quiet,

Slowly and ever so gently your hot air balloon begins to lift into the air,
Slowly rising in the air,
Gradually getting higher,
You feel completely safe and comfortable,
Knowing this is a relaxed journey for you to enjoy,
Soon you are high into the sky,
You can see the soft fluffy clouds,
You can see the blue colour of the sky,
And surrounding you,
You can see the most magnificent views,
Up here it is completely peaceful,
Up here you can enjoy the quiet,
The calm just floating through the air,
Knowing that this is a peaceful journey for you to enjoy,
Just drifting through the sky,
Nowhere else to be but here gliding through the air,
Notice all the views that surround you,
Notice how free and spacious it is up here,
You feel light up in the air,
Feel the breeze softly brush past you as you drift along,
Notice what comes up,
Notice how you feel here in the sky,
And notice how deeply relaxed it feels floating on this journey through the sky,
Take a look around you and look for the perfect place that you wish your hot air balloon to land,
Where would you like to be,
What would you like to see when you land,
Look out for this perfect place,
As we head over and begin to gently drift back down to the ground in this peaceful place,
Slowly and ever so gently lowering to the ground after 1,

3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,
9 and 10 and then you gently rest back down on the ground in this peaceful place,
The perfect spot,
Notice what surrounds you here and enjoy the views here,
Completely peaceful and deeply relaxed as you keep with you everything that you gained from your journey in the sky,
You keep with you that deeply relaxed feeling in the body and the mind,
As we take one last breath in this peaceful place,
A nice slow deep breath in,
Right to the very top and slowly letting that go,
Taking in the last look at these views around you,
Breathing in that peace,
Breathing in that calm and breathing in that deep relaxation,
As gradually start to become more aware of the present moment,
