This practice is for people who would like to start their daily ritual practice of Meditation. You'll be aware of your breath and acknowledge your thoughts, then think about how you'll get to choose how you will feel during the day.

This is your morning meditation.

During this meditation,

We are just going to be aware of our breath.

We are going to acknowledge the thoughts that we have.

We are going to think about how we would like to design our day.

How we get to choose how we feel.

So I want you just to become aware of your breathing.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four and exhale for four.

Just keep this pattern throughout the meditation.

How do you want to feel,

Be,

Give and receive?

What is your intention for the day today?

Acknowledge the thoughts that come into your head.

And just let them pass by.

If they are negative,

Just acknowledge it.

And replace it with a positive thought.

Staying in tune with our breath.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four.

And exhale for four.

Every inhale you are bringing in positive energy.

And on the exhale you are blowing out any negative thoughts that you have.

If you need to really go there with the exhale,

Blow out those negative thoughts.

The way that we think becomes our reality.

So we want that to be positive.

From light and love.

Let those thoughts come in,

Acknowledge them.

And on the exhale,

Blow those negative thoughts away.

See how that feels?

The energy of the positive thought fills you up.

And the negative thought drains your energy.

You can grow that positive energy at any time during the day.

Just with awareness of that negative thought.

Choosing a positive.

Coming back to your breath.

Breathe in that positive energy.

Breathe in thought and really exhale that negative thought.

You get to choose again every single day.

Set yourself up in the morning.

To be using these tools and techniques throughout the day.

You always get to choose.

Let's stay with those positive thoughts.

And bring in some positive affirmations.

These affirmations come with good vibes.

Let's say them out loud together.

I am enough.

Take a big deep breath in and just hold onto that positive energy.

I am loved.

Breathing into your heart space.

This may be the first time you've believed that this is true and that's completely okay.

By reaffirming,

I am enough,

I am loved.

We start to believe these things about ourselves.

The last affirmation.

I am beautiful.

You are already all of those things.

I want to give yourself permission to do these affirmations every single day.

You don't have to go through the meditation.

You can just say them five times,

I am enough,

I am loved,

I am beautiful.

These words raise our vibration.

Believe.

Believe in yourself.

Believe that you already are these things.

You're just reminding yourself.

You're just reminding your soul that you are already enough.

You are already loved.

And you are already beautiful.

I want you to just tap into your breath again.

Inhale.

Hold for four.

And exhale.

Releasing any last negative thought,

Negative energy.

Release it.

Let it go.

I hope you have the most amazing day.

Journal how you felt after you've done this meditation.

This is now your morning ritual.

Make some time for yourself every single day.

Be aligned with your soul.

Show up as yourself.

And know that you are enough.

You are so very loved.

And you are so beautiful.
