Allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position,
Bringing awareness to your breathing,
Taking a long,
Slow breath in through your nose,
And sighing it out through your open mouth.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose,
And one more deep,
Beautiful inhale in through your nose,
And letting it go,
And beginning to let go of the outside world,
Letting go of your day,
And just giving yourself permission to be here now,
Allowing your physical body to also let go,
Dropping any stress or tension that you might be holding in your body,
Releasing and relaxing,
Every exhalation just allowing your body to drop and soften even more,
And now is the time to let go of those masks,
Those masks that you may wear in the outside world,
Especially any masks that you may place around your heart,
Those masks that we place to protect our hearts,
Just knowing that this is a safe space for you to truly release.
And now as you breathe in,
Imagine or sense that you're able to breathe into your heart,
Your beautiful heart in the center of your chest,
And as you breathe into your heart,
This opens up the gateway into unconditional love and compassion that sits deep in your being,
In your heart,
Allowing yourself to enter into the space that knows no boundaries,
No limitations,
The space within your being that accepts every single part of you.
When you began to grow in your mother's womb,
The first organ that began to grow was your heart,
And all parts of you began to grow from your heart.
And so when you connect back into your heart,
You really are connecting back into your original self,
Your innocence and your purity,
And that which knows no boundaries or masking.
No more pretenses.
It just is.
And as you drop deeper and deeper into this unconditional space of love within your being,
I invite you to imagine or sense a beautiful glowing light deep within your heart,
And this light feels warm and welcoming,
And it invokes a sense of homecoming,
Dropping deeper and deeper and deeper still into this light in your heart.
And now as you drop into this light,
You notice a spiritual gateway,
A spiritual gateway opening up for you,
And the spiritual gateway opens up into other worlds,
Other beautiful worlds of light and peace and love and all things heavenly.
Stepping through this spiritual gateway into these other realms,
You are now going to notice or sense or feel that you're stepping into a heavenly rose garden,
A heavenly rose garden.
And as you look around you,
You notice every single color imaginable.
In fact,
They're colors that you've never even seen before.
Roses of every size and shape,
And the scent is intoxicating.
You also notice beautiful winged beings and butterflies and dragonflies,
And you are overcome with an overwhelming sense of deep homecoming,
Acceptance,
Harmony,
And love.
I'm going to leave you for a few moments to explore this beautiful space deep within your heart through the spiritual gateway.
And in a moment,
You are going to be met by the oracle of the rose,
The oracle of the rose.
This could be a being,
It could be a rose,
It could be a loved one,
It could be an animal.
However the oracle of the rose appears to you,
Allow that being to appear to you now.
And this rose oracle is filled with unconditional love and compassion for you.
For they see so deeply into your being,
They see you.
They see your purity,
They see your beauty.
And they're going to place one hand on your heart.
And you're going to feel or sense love emanating from them towards you.
And this rose oracle is going to say to you,
My child there is no need,
There is no need to place these protections,
All these masks around your heart.
For you,
My child,
Are love.
Let me help you to release these masks and these protections that you have placed around you,
That have kept you separated,
That have kept you away from that which your heart truly desires.
Come,
My child,
Together with me to the sacred river.
And we will place these sorrows,
These griefs,
These protections,
These masks into the sacred river that will carry them down into the ocean,
Into the ocean.
And together,
You will walk with the rose oracle to this beautiful,
Sacred,
Flowing river.
And you will place that which no longer serves you,
That which you are ready to let go of,
Those masks,
Those protections,
Into the river.
And I will leave you for a few moments as you do this.
And once you have placed these things into this flowing river,
This flowing,
Sacred river,
You watch as they flow now down towards the ocean,
Towards the ocean.
And the ocean will dissolve these things back into pure love,
Pure love.
And you feel the openness in your heart now,
Right in the center of your chest,
This open,
Open space now,
Where you have let go of all that no longer serves you.
You've let go of that which has kept you somewhat separated from the world.
And this rose oracle is now going to begin to speak to you all the beauty and all the beauty that they see within you,
All the love that they see within you,
All the purity that they see within you.
And as they speak these truths to you,
You are going to receive this back into your heart.
You're going to remember the truth of who you are,
The truth of what you are,
Which is pure love.
And I'll leave you for a few moments as this happens.
And now,
Together with the rose oracle,
You are going to walk back towards the beautiful rose garden.
For soon it will be time to leave this space.
But know that you can always visit this space because this space really is deep within you.
Before you leave this space,
The oracle of the rose is going to give you one important message,
A message that is going to help you to live in an open-hearted way.
Notice what that message is now.
And once you have received this beautiful message,
You're going to give your thanks to the rose oracle.
You're going to begin to say your farewells and taking one last look around this rose garden,
Noticing all the colors,
The shapes,
The sizes of the roses.
All the beautiful winged beings,
The butterflies,
The dragonflies.
And you're going to gently start making your way back through that spiritual gateway into the glowing lights deep within your heart.
Beginning to bring awareness into your chest area.
Taking three deep breaths deep into your heart,
Anchoring and connecting.
Becoming aware of your physical body.
Moving your head gently from side to side.
Moving your fingers and your toes.
Stretching your body.
And opening your eyes.
