Welcome to your abundance and prosperity meditation.
This meditation focuses on the chakra energy system and it will help you to tap into the abundance and prosperity that you truly desire.
Remembering that you are abundant,
It is not something that only some of us have,
We all have a wellspring within us of abundance.
So let us begin.
Ensure you are in a comfortable seat and that your spine is supported.
Place your feet on the floor.
Rest your hands lightly in your lap.
Gently close your eyes.
Begin now by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And open your mouth to sigh out the exhale.
Again breathing in long,
Slow,
Deep.
Opening your mouth,
Sigh out the exhale.
And again one last time,
Take a long,
Slow,
Nourishing and deep breath in.
And sigh out the exhale.
Take a moment now letting your breath to settle and slow down as you breathe in and out of your nose.
Let your breath be natural and rhythmic.
Let your breath do what it does easily and effortlessly.
And now begin to focus on your base chakra at the very base of your spine.
This chakra brings health,
Security and dynamic presence.
Channel your breath to this point.
This point at the base of your spine,
Near your tailbone and lower abdomen.
Feel your breath empower and strengthen this space.
Feel your breath empower you as it connects you to the earth energy.
You are radiating power and vitality through your base chakra.
Keep focusing on this point and you may be able to visualize and see a vibrant red glowing ball of light.
Or perhaps you can feel gentle vibrations or a spinning sensation.
Whatever you see or feel,
Just let it be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel that empowerment as you connect to the earth energy.
You are radiating power and vitality more and more.
You are feeling happy and grateful for radiant health and boundless energy.
For a moment just tune in to how good it feels to have all the energy that you need to do all the things that you love to do.
You are feeling healthier than you have ever felt before.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now let your base chakra continue to glow and spin as you slowly move your attention up to your sacral chakra located between your base chakra and your navel.
This chakra holds the energy of money,
Power,
Sexuality,
Pleasure and creativity.
Channel your breath directly to this point.
Feel how this chakra brings you gifts of happiness,
Enthusiasm,
Prosperity,
Abundance,
Joy,
Creativity.
Focus on this point and nothing else.
And you may be able to visualize a radiant glowing orange ball of light.
Or perhaps you can feel gentle vibrations or spinning sensations.
Whatever you see or feel,
Just let it be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
See yourself for a moment now experiencing true wealth on every level.
See yourself experiencing true wealth on every level.
Being grateful for the abundance in your life now and what will come in the future.
The ocean riches flowing to you in expected and unexpected ways.

And now let this chakra continue to glow and spin as you move your focus up to your solar plexus chakra which is located between your chest and your belly.
This chakra holds the energy of personal power,
Self-worth and confidence.
Channel your breath to this point and feel how it expands your joy,
Your self-worth,
Your personal power and your self-confidence.
See yourself successful and deeply fulfilled following your passion and purpose.
See yourself strong and empowered.

As you breathe in and out of your solar plexus chakra,
Feel the glowing,
Yellow chakra empower and inspire you in every way.
And now let this chakra continue to glow and spin as you slowly move your focus up to your heart chakra at the center of your chest.
This is a chakra of love,
Of love for yourself and for others.
This is the seat of unconditional love.
Channel your breath directly to this point.
Feel it intensify as it brings you gifts of compassion,
Self-acceptance and the ability to love deeply.
Focus on this point.

Emerald ball of light.

And now see yourself living in perfect harmony with everyone in your life,
Near and far.
Let the energy of the heart chakra fill you with gratitude for the opportunity to live in this amazing world.
Feel your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness for yourself and for others.
Now let this chakra continue to glow and spin and gently move up to your throat chakra,
Located at your throat.
This chakra enables you to communicate with truth and wisdom and to express yourself with confidence and clarity.
Channel your breath to this point.
Begin to see yourself happily expressing your uniqueness and your truth.
See that your voice is heard and that you always feel open to share your wisdom.
Focus on this point and nothing else.

Blue ball of light.
Or perhaps you can feel gentle vibrations or spinning sensations.
Whatever you see or feel,
Just let it be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let this chakra continue to glow and spin and now gently move up to your third eye chakra,
Taking your awareness to the center of your forehead between your eyebrows.
This chakra expands your imagination,
Your psychic abilities,
Inner knowing and wisdom.
Channel your breath to this point.
Feel that you are fully supported by the universe,
Knowing that you have insight and intuition that will always guide you.
Focus on this point and nothing else.
You may be able to visualize a radiant,
Glowing ball of indigo light.
Or perhaps you can feel gentle vibrations or spinning sensations.
Whatever you see or feel,
Just let it be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As your third eye chakra glows,
You can see how easy it is for you to pursue your personal growth goals and happily follow your highest path.
Now let this indigo light continue to glow and spin as you gently move up slowly to your crown chakra,
Taking your awareness to the top of your head.
This is the chakra of spirituality,
Thought,
Enlightenment and service to others.
Channel your breath to this point and feel the gifts of self-knowledge,
Spiritual connection and bliss as you focus on this point.
Continue to focus on this point and nothing else.
You may be able to visualize a vibrant,
Glowing ball of violet.
Or perhaps you can feel gentle vibrations or spinning sensations.
Whatever you see or feel,
Just let it be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
See yourself living in wisdom and awareness,
Surrendered to divine love.
See yourself living in wisdom and awareness,
Surrendered to divine love and joyfully contributing to the world in the way that's most meaningful for your soul.
Let this chakra glow and spin as you bring your awareness now to a pot of golden glowing light that is seated above your head.
Feel the energy and the vibration of the golden glowing light that pours forth from this pot.
For a few moments now,
Breathing in gently and evenly,
Allow yourself to connect to the visual or the vibration or the sensation of this image,
This pot of golden glowing light above your head.
And now,
As you take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Breathe this golden glowing light in through your crown chakra.
Continue to breathe this light down into your third eye chakra.
Let yourself exhale when you need to.
And again,
Breathing in deeply,
Breathe in the golden glowing light into your throat chakra and down into your heart chakra and your solar plexus chakra.
Let yourself exhale when you need to.
And again,
Breathing in this golden light down into your sacral chakra and right down into the base chakra.
And now as you exhale,
Travel from your base chakra back to your crown chakra,
All the way up through your seven key chakras.
Continue to breathe in this light down all the way from the crown to the base.
And breathe out all the way from the base out through the crown.
And each time you do,
See this golden light intensifying the gifts and the attributes of each of your chakras.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And now you can see this beautiful pot of golden light above your head is now overflowing with golden light beams.
This pot of gold is unique to you and it's filled with everything that your heart and your soul could ever truly desire.
Like rivers of light,
Feel the golden light pour down onto you as you finally lay claim to your own pot of gold.
The abundance and prosperity that you truly deserve and that you truly desire.
For a few moments as you bathe in the rivers of light,
Allow yourself to visualize your dreams of abundance and prosperity.
And feel them pulsating and radiating down around you and through you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
It is now time to leave this meditation.
But before you do,
Just allow yourself to know the truth that abundance and prosperity reside within you.
It is part of you in every way.
And as we leave this meditation,
You are not leaving the space of abundance and prosperity.
This is something that you carry with you all the time.
And gently now,
Slowly bring your attention to the room you are in.
Take a deep breath in and open your mouth and let out a long sigh.
Give your fingers and toes a wiggle.
Gently move your body.
And slowly open your eyes,
Coming back to waking consciousness.
