Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos,
And I thought I'd talk about our guardian angels.
We all have
Guardian angels.
We have many,
Many times.
And it is so nice to know that they are there.
Now,
We may try to deny it.
I don't know why you would,
But maybe you shut off what is there,
Helping you.
I mean,
We've all had those moments of really close calls,
You know,
Where you almost,
My gosh,
How did I get through that one?
I mean,
Where you almost get hit by a
Car.
I mean,
This happens or you almost fell or things that are,
Wouldn't be real nice to go
Through,
You know,
And our guardian angels are there.
We just aren't always aware of them.
One
Thing I wanted to talk about about guardian angels is we can have guardian angels in many
Different forms.
Many times I have found that guardian angels are related in some way.
They
Could be part of our family,
A father,
A mother that passed,
A brother,
A sister.
They can also
Be a pet.
They can be a loved one that was with us for a long time.
And guardian angels can
Actually also be people who we have been involved with in other lifetimes as loved ones.
And they
May have decided not to come into reincarnation at this time,
But they're still very,
Very close
To you.
And I have felt that in my life.
And it's,
It's been a constant source of love and
Inspiration for me.
And at times,
I feel a little sad that I can't be in person with that being,
But it's so much better if I really look at it objectively to have that guardian angel,
That spirit always there with you.
In life,
You know,
Bodies come and go and things come and go
And things get hard and relationships,
Etc.
Can block out the good of a guardian angel,
But the guardian angels with you right there through the whole lifetime.
So I'd like to ask
You to take a few moments and open your mind,
Open your inner self to imagine and allow that
Presence of a guardian angel to be with you.
Now,
That kind of takes a few things.
It takes
Shutting out outside thoughts.
It's like going into a deep state of meditation,
Where you get
Yourself open and you sit and let's just do it.
It's easier to do it than to talk about it,
Right?
This way you get it.
This way you experience it,
Which is really what's important.
So find a
Comfortable,
A comfortable space where you feel safe and protected.
And allow anything that is
Drifting through your mind to just go.
And we're going to do guardian angel breaths.
Okay,
So there's all kinds of breaths as we know.
And there are breaths of light,
Which feel very similar
To guardian angel breaths.
But the difference with the guardian angel breath is you allow it to take
Control.
You allow yourself to be open to that breathing pattern that allows that energy of the
One source of that guardian angel spirit to come through.
As I've mentioned,
You have many guardian
Angels.
So maybe at this point,
You can specifically ask,
As we do our breath here,
For that guardian
Angel that is there,
That has known you a long time and has been with you a lifetime to protect you.
That's very,
Very,
Very close to you and very,
Very much in love with who you really are.
So let's
Just breathe and allow you to breathe in the way that is best for you.
Just breathing in.
And at the
Top of your breath,
Just feel an inner direction and connection.
Ah,
Breathe out.
Releasing anything
That might be needing to be released.
Breathing deeply in.
Holding your breath.
Ah,
And calling in
Your guardian angel as we breathe together here.
Just allowing that presence to be with you as you do
Nothing but breathe.
Breathing deeply in.
Holding your breath.
And breathing out.
Relaxing and letting
Go.
Know that with the next few breaths,
We're going to call in that light of protection to be around you.
That highest light as you breathe in that goes all the way up,
Up,
Up and down from the source of your soul,
Down
Through you and out and in front of you and either side of you.
And allow your beautiful angel,
Your
Guardian angel to put a lovely protective light around you so that you are safe here and now.
And
Just feel this presence of this protection from the highest source right there.
And continue to breathe.
Relaxing and going deeper and deeper and deeper into that beautiful presence that you share.
Many
Times the guardian angel is with you when you're sleeping.
Many times the guardian angel is with
You when you are meditating.
When there is an opening,
Maybe you're doing some art or writing
Something creative.
The guardian angel loves to speak to you.
So we're going to go into that place
That's very receptive into our soul's light right now.
And you're in this lovely,
Beautiful space of
Pure protection,
Lovely protection from your soul.
Ah,
Just feel that energy,
That protection coming
Through,
Coming through,
Coming through.
And be here now in this wonderful healing energy light of your
Soul.
And right now,
Just take some time to be silent there in this lovely space that is beautiful that you
Can be in when you are present.
Be still.
Be still and know that presence there within.
Go deeper and deeper
Into that energy of that heavenly presence.
Sense any shift that might come.
And just allow it to be with you.
And
Now be open to receiving any energy,
Messages,
Inspiration,
Healing,
Anything that you feel that
Guardian angel wishes to give to you.
Sometimes you might feel a little bit of a breeze,
Some energy.
You might feel that
There's a light that changes around you.
Be open to that.
Just be open to receive.
And feel,
Feel the love this guardian
Angel has for you,
Has always had for you.
Feel that beautiful energy of the guardian angel's wings surrounding you and
Protecting you.
And take a few moments to thank your precious guardian angel for being there with you through so much,
For so long,
For
Many times.
Saving your life many times,
Leading you in the right direction.
Let yourself feel that energy.
Ah,
Feels so good.
And
Allow it to extend through all of your atoms of your body.
Allow it to go through all of your mind.
Allow it to give you a beautiful energy bath
Through all of your chakras,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your navel area,
Root spine,
Healing you,
Loving you,
Bringing light into all of your presence and the
Guardian angel's presence.
And now allow yourself to receive any messages or any feelings or any inspiration that might come to you from the guardian
Angel.
Ah,
Feel it.
Receive it.
Allow it to redeem and resurrect and restore your energy.
Ah,
Feel good.
Feel that heavenly energy with you right
Now helping you.
And say thank you.
Thank you.

Ah,
Feels so wonderful and heavenly.
Slowly allow yourself to come back from your soul into your
Mind,
Into your emotions,
Into your body.
And take a couple of moments to bring into your conscious mind what was coming to you from a higher consciousness.
Just take some
Moment.
It may be a feeling.
It may be a word.
It may be anything.
But take the time to be and feel that beautiful presence of your guardian angel.
And know that that guardian angel is there with you at all times to call upon,
To be with.
And know that you are loved.
