A very big Aloha. My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about how valuable and precious that energy that comes from the heart of our heart is. There are so many people that work on the body and are talking to you about taking care of your body and lots of doctors doing lots of this and that but the heart of the heart is such a precious precious thing such a great gift and a lot of times we don't know how to check out how it's doing to find out to be in connection with it enough to know to say how is your heart doing I'm not talking about the physical heart but that energy of the spiritual heart that you have that's with you in your lifetime the heart takes a lot it takes a lot of beating takes a lot of literally you know it beats so much it's amazing what it can do but the beat within the beat is there because of the spiritual connection that inner connection to your soul that precious possibility of keeping that energy of believing and keeping your love alive now the love in life can get really goes and go through a lot of hard and difficult times it does as you live your life and without even being aware of it sometimes it will just go quiet so you don't even check in with it or know that it's not there doing all it can do for you but in meditation and in the silence and the going within there within you can actually delve into the heart of your heart I so recommend checking that inner heart out to see how it's doing to see what it needs to see if it needs more love if it needs more courage if it needs more attention it's so valuable to be aware and in tune with what's going on inside your heart of your heart and that can be done in meditation it can be done in lots of ways and there are signals that you do get but it's always good to realize that in life a lot of things can happen it will take a toll and you never want to take for granted that that heart is gonna be there working for you unless you take care of it unless you're aware of what your heart really needs that love that is begging to be recognized so go inside go inside and go into the silence and go to that place within where you can connect to that inner spirit that heart within your heart and you will be able to be aware of how it's doing and what it needs it will talk to you it may take some time it may take a little work listening but you will find a way you'll find a way to revive that energy and let it be given what it needs I have a song I want to play for you it's actually a spoken word piece I wrote the poem here for you to listen to can you hear the heartbeat of the Lord and the Holy Mother too it's living in the world and it's alive right here in you can you hear the rhythm of the saints speaking with the voice that's so true that universal energy is alive in this dance of life in you listen to the heartbeat of the sacred one listen to the sound it speaks in so many infinite ways let that sound come out right now hear it as your guide listen to the words that are there hear the heartbeat sounds it sings with life so clear there are visions that come from the silence till silence finds a voice listen to the flutter of the wings and the Holy Spirit it comes to rejoice go deep within your heart so deep within your soul to that sacred place where the heartbeat of love can be known ask the Holy Mother for help and receive this life that she gives to you born of the one true love born from the joy that is so true listen listen to the sound of life listen to the Holy Mother's love hear the heartbeat of the Lord attuned to the Holy Spirit from above
