I celebrate the greatest gift this blessing of love and creation brings.

I deserve love.

I let go of the old limitations and plant the seeds of a new beginning.

I trust love and the healing power of love.

God,

For your love.

And so it is.

Prayer for New Beginnings Lord,

As I touch my soul,

I am born into the energy that exists across the universe on an infinite beam of light,

Dancing with the rhythm of the heartbeat of the pulse of humanity's cry.

I am here in this precious presence of my soul's sacred call,

Searching for the love it takes to receive God's gift to us all.

I remember my birth.

I am a remnant of the echo still,

Of that song,

Of the one word that I heard that created this flesh and spirit merged.

And now the holy dove has emerged to be held with that tender love that holds the power of the mystic mother with the promise of my true worth.

She blesses all life and each and every birth.

And with every soul,

There is that promise of life.

With each prayer,

There is a miracle heard by the Lord with that silent hope that is always served.

Meditation on New Beginnings Breathe in a deep breath of life and know that your breath will sweep your mind.

See it being cleansed by your breath.

Breathe that breath deeply in,

A new breath of life,

And breathe it out.

Let it feed your entire body,

Aligning you with that power of light and love that you are.

Breathe in and go to that place inside.

Breathe in that part that takes you to the newness that you are truly alive in.

Breathe deeply and breathe out and go deeper and deeper and deeper into that one light that creates the new you.

Breathe in that light and see that light reaching ever upwards,

Pulsing with the energy and the vibrations that comes from the light and from the sky and from the heartbeat of the earth.

Feel that magic that is alive in you right now,

That is being rebirthed as you find your roots merged with that depth of love in your heart of all hearts.

Let that newness refresh and renew and restore you to that energy that birthed you.

Feel yourself charged with that energy and reborn into that new energy.

Now feel the promise of a new beginning calling.

Listen from that one source of emptiness and from no thing everything is born.

Feel yourself being released into a new birth and transformed again in life.

The love of creation in you that is alive right now.

And as you breathe in,

Now breathe out all old limitations and anything from the past and breathe in the seed of a new beginning,

A new birth in you.

And as Christ did rise to be alive,

To show that there is a life beyond all death,

Be comfortable and surround this light around your entire being,

Can you feel your heart beating in tune with the cosmic light of life?

Can you feel the calling of the oneness of all of life?

Feel that cosmic heartbeat and know that it can clear all illusions of separation.

They're all washed away right now and you are in the presence of the oneness of all life.

And you open the doorway to the truth as you usher in the transformation of a brand new you and a brand new day.

Feel yourself recharged with this energy.

Feel yourself reborn and transformed in this light of love.

And your heart beats in tune with this energy.

And you remember when you were born there was a promise made.

There was a divine plan given.

Go into your soul and allow your soul to feel your destiny and let it speak to you.

Your life has always been drawn ever on to be redeemed,

To be restored,

To be one with God,

To that light of lights within so that you may be able to serve the infinite love that is alive from the one source of creation.

With every breath and with every heartbeat of life you have been created to welcome this very energy,

This new day in you to find that great joy of life,

Being alive right now in the presence of the light of God within.

And now accept that and transform your own energy.

Be re-energized by this energy and slowly come out of meditation.

Meditation on building your day.

Let's take some deep breaths and clear the mind.

Sweep the mind clear of all distractions and be comfortable right here.

Your attitude is about your responsibilities and take that attitude right now that you have and breathe into it anticipation and joy and bring that into your heart and bring it into your mind.

And look at how you can plan your day as an act of service and as a gift to others with love so that you can feel joy in the way you live.

Let's breathe in more and go deep within our mind and let's see how we can anticipate the joy of the day.

And celebrate how we can live this day in service with joy.

How can you bring a balance of energy in both inner and outer levels of your life?

How can your inner life and your soul support you in your day in fulfilling your destiny today?

Bring in that light that helps shine clear any of the darkness and illusions.

Breathe in that light.

Breathe it in deeply and see everything coming into a balance.

No stress,

No fear,

No overwhelm,

Just peace here.

Breathe in that peace and see the bigger picture and go to your soul.

Be aware of your soul and be aware that your soul has placed you here on the path that you are on by design and that you can design the way you live with that energy.

And now take some time to think of how you wish to be today and plant that seed as a goal and an intent.

Plant whatever seed comes to you.

Maybe it's being happy.

Maybe it's being kind.

Maybe it's being efficient and clear.

And let that seed take root into your mind and take a moment.

And if you have something to write down,

It could even be your phone or your pad of paper.

Write down how you wish to accomplish what you need to accomplish today.

How would you like to build your day?

Don't put too much on that list.

Allow yourself to be while you are doing and have that balance of your inner truth and your light and your destiny and your purpose filled in with that list of what you need to do.

So it's a to-do and to-be list,

Not just a to-do list.

So if you need to do something,

Write what you wish to accomplish and then write down how you'd like to be while you accomplish it.

And write down what you can do to be centered in what you're doing.

It might be remembering to breathe.

It might be remembering to smile.

It might be remembering to take a few moments and sit straight and be centered.

Make that part of your plan for your day.

And in your plan for your day,

Take time to take a few breaths and possibly meditate.

Go back into your heart and you can easily remember in your day to breathe and be as clear as you are right now.

Breathe that in and absorb it into your being.

Allow yourself to do and be completely balanced and happy in what you do as you plan your day.

Plan your action in the light.

And notice how you feel as you're making these plans.

Do you need to have an attitude shift?

Do you need to accept that there are things you need to do that makes you feel better about what you're doing?

Notice how you react inside and take some inner lessons on how you can make what you need to do today a blessing to you and to others.

Breathe in and thank God and yourself and your mind and your whole being for these responsibilities of how you can choose to plan your day.

And remember to find a way to see how you can be in tune with your true self as you go through your day.

This is the day the Lord has made.

Let us be happy and rejoice.

Today is the beginning.

I choose to begin my life anew and to release any old limitations and bring the power of my soul's destiny into my own hands.

I am a divine child of God.

For the soul is part of the heart of God's being.

And when you allow the soul to come into your consciousness and fill you with light,

Then this light-filled consciousness can reflect the pure light of God and allow the love of Christ within to be present.

This is the way we share infinite love that will bring the new beginning to the remembrance of the path that has no beginning and no end.

Breath sweeps mind,

So let's do some housecleaning in your mind.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing deeply in and going deeper and deeper into your mind.

Going now into the universal consciousness that is there within the mind.

Calling on the light within and the soul within.

Be still and know that you are part of God.

Awaken to the new dawn with a love that embraces the universe and leads you ever on.

Feel the embrace of God's love that accepts and understands you as it forgives and releases what used to be.

Find that place where you feel at home.

And find that true motivation at the center of your very mind.

You are lifted right now out of your mind to be able to see the world in a new light.

You can see the bigger picture that changes what you need to become who you really are.

All the risks you are taking can lead you back to know how to really love the game and come again to choose what to give in this life as a disciple on the long winding road that leads you to the eternal light of God.

And let's go to that place inside,

That sacred home in the center of your heart of hearts,

Going to that sacred place inside into a state of meditation.

Breathe in the stillness and allow these seed thoughts to come to you.

How does a heart speak when the truth is so clear but unspoken yet still here?

How does a soul be alive and living within you eternally,

So pure,

So near to bring you this sacred energy that appears?

Allow those seed thoughts to find a place to grow so you can know what your heart would wish to say to you right now.

Allow yourself to break through any fear,

Any thoughts,

Any barriers,

To be in the light of the one love that can speak to you,

And now allow yourself to experience the power of the beauty of the sun as it comes up in the morning.

Allow yourself to experience who you really are right now.

Allow it to be fully present in the presence of this energy field that you have prepared.

Know that you are part of creation.

You are part of the co-creator.

You are the breath of the song,

And you sing the words to your song.

You receive and return every day,

You are the breath of spirit.

You are an angel here in form.

Allow yourself now to experience the full potential of who you really are.

Don't allow yourself to slip into doubting.

Lord,

Grant me the strength to overcome the binds of negativity and illusions and any thoughts and judgments that limit myself or others.

Allow me to see the pure light of love that is within each of us.

Let the power of positive energy guide me and direct me so that I can overcome the challenges that I encounter in life.

Let me find a way to choose to use the gift of compassion and forgiveness in every difficult decision.

A meditation on strength.

Go within and take some deep breaths.

Get comfortable.

Sit with your spine erect and allow that energy to flow freely through you from the base of your spine to your head on out into your soul into the source of one.

Breathe in that light there and let it come back through you and re-energize you and give you the strength,

The prana,

The mana and allow yourself to go into that place of your soul.

Be still and feel the butterfly dreams.

Touch the heart that is beyond fantasy.

Awaken,

Awaken your mind to see and feel the mystic realms that can be revealed.

Be in that place to know that you are the offspring of the one true light living the role that you play in this life and learning each and every day how to live with loving kindness's way.

For a moment meditate on the way you can live your day with more kindness.

How you can bring that one source of love and light into your being.

See the beauty of life,

The light on the earth here in a moment in time.

See beyond what the normal eyes can see.

See with your inner vision the angels that stand by in silence to watch over you and gently guide you.

Feel that garden,

That garden in heaven where there is the one love that is ever present.

Go to that place where Christ listens.

When you pray and reach out,

Listen for the answers that Christ brings you.

In that place,

That sacred space where Father,

Mother,

God abides and allow that energy to give you the strength over this glorious game to know that you can find the illumination and the enlightenment right now.

Surrender,

The cosmic oneness of all life and realize your life was just a shadow of God's infinite light.

Let me see through the darkness and know the light will come at dawn so I may have the strength to carry on.

And I heard the whisperings of the dove.

In all forms,

Everything will fade away,

But the Holy Spirit will remain.

These ashes are just ashes.

Cosmic dust from infinity space.

You can celebrate the good in life.

The love that is given and received with grace.

You can call upon this light and love.

Call upon the presence of the Lord.

And let that light and love of the Lord be here within your heart.

Right there in the place where the answer to your call will be heard.

Be at home in that place in the heart of hearts.

Find that strength and presence there.

You have the power right now to be this light,

To be in that perfect place within your soul where you can call upon the Master and the angels of the Lord.

All you need to choose is to believe.

So believe in this very moment that the Lord is here with you right now.

Feel the essence of the heavenly host right here with you now.

Let it heal all the worries and the pain.

And let it give you the courage to believe.

You can lighten your burdens.

You can carry on.

Break down any and all barriers right now that separate you from the love of God and the Holy Family of the Masters who work in God's name.

Feel that place right now in you,

The kingdom,

Where Christ abides.

And know it's here within you to find that light,

There are lessons and guidance that are waiting for you.

So don't hold back or stop what you do.

Have faith and allow that energy to continue and be with you.

This universe that holds what your life creates.

This amazing cosmic magic and the grace that accepts you until you face that you are a reflection of God's mystic embrace.

I am attuned to my true home with God.

God,

I love this life lived and embrace the beauty of pure beingness.

I enjoy this special paradise in the time I have left here and I give great thanks for the treasures of the teachings.

I bless these jewels of wisdom that have been bestowed upon me by the lessons of the journey.

As I listen to the prayers of the lost souls who search for their way home.

And Lord,

I know that you say to me you have never been alone and that always in this playground of life there are the children of God that are being watched over.

And when we call out to you,

Your divine presence is there and the call is always heard.

I know that has always been your choice as to how we are given time,

That freedom to play in the time given here.

And we can always wake up and call upon you and join in that beautiful energy that brings us the chorus of the angels who sing the song of the ages.

We can understand the story of the universe,

That it's a celebration of your spirit and the way you live with the love that has been given to share and find a way so we can be this love that holds the grace of divine spirit in being.

So I sing and I chant and I swirl and I dance through the darkest night till the light of the holy sun comes and bathes us in the healing warmth of the new day.

And then the wind whispers the truth that the masters have held in secret.

And the sacred waters baptize us to bring us the birth that is the redemption from the living that we do here on earth.

There is an innocence in the smile of true bliss that is brought to you by that rainbow bridge to walk across to that new dimension of radiance.

We can leave all of our burdens right there at the door and come into a new way of being to recognize all that we are and find all that we've been seeking.

It has been waiting here for our discovery and for our acceptance.

And then we are met with the reception of our true recognition and welcome home to who you are.

And we hear them say,

Welcome home weary traveler.

Welcome home to God.

Going to go into that sacred space within,

Journey inside.

Feel comfortable,

Release any tension in your neck,

In your face,

In your jaw.

Breathe in and let that breath fill your entire body with light and love.

Breathe in again,

Going deeper and deeper and deeper to that silence there within.

And know that it's now time to release any fear.

Breathe in and release it right now.

Anything that has kept you from your divine self,

Let it go as you breathe out.

Release it.

Breathe in and know that it's time to redeem yourself and let that power within your soul set you free.

Call in that soul and allow its power to come to you and release you from anything that's blocking you from the light and love of God.

Release all limitations that were caused by lack of belief.

Know that you are a beloved child of God and you can find that love right there in your heart.

Let your heart be healed with that love.

For here is the home that you've been searching for.

Here is that love that's been missing.

This love needs to come into your life.

This love calls you to your divine self.

This love can redeem you and release you and allow you forgiveness and compassion and understanding to set you free.

It allows you the presence of spirit to join with all that you are.

Breathe in that place where you can be transformed by this love and accept all of who you really are.

And in the silent footsteps of the path you follow,

You finally come to that inner place of peace and you feel the love from God that's always been there and you choose the way to go,

To follow the divine presence within as you choose to embrace the power of God,

The love of God,

And you have the faith and courage that you need.

Put down any cross or burdens that you've carried and laid at God's feet right now.

Look up to a new day of glory and let the spirit of God be in you.

For this is the time to release the past and all the suffering.

And here is your true redemption.

Here is your destiny.

Let's go into that sacred space inside,

Breathing in and traveling there,

Releasing anything that may be blocking us.

Let's be at ease and comfortable.

Breathing in and out,

Breathing in gratitude.

Let it fill your whole body and your mind and your heart.

Breathe in the light.

Let it flow from the base of your spine up to your crown chakra and let it circle there and go out and become a crown of light,

Moving on up to your soul and to Spirit.

And allow yourself to breathe in the light of Spirit and let it align your spine so that you can sit there.

Allow yourself to be aware of the presence of God's Spirit right now.

Feel that Spirit come into your heart.

Let it have a perch there,

A little nest there in the center of your heart chakra.

Feel that love as a blossom,

A flower that grows and loves the light that you're sending it right now.

Feel that light and love rebirthing in your heart and redeeming you.

Call upon the pure energy of the Christ and the Mother and breathe in the light of that love and let it come and fill you up.

Know that by being in this energy,

You can be healed and redeemed.

Believe that you are allowing the highest force of the universe to release all past karmic ties and you are bringing the essence of your soul to merge with God.

Believe that there in your heart,

In this very moment,

You are redeemed and transformed and renewed to who you truly are in Spirit.

You are embodying your highest essence within you right now.

Absorb this energy.

Allow it to go into every cell and every organ and every muscle and every bone in your body.

Allow yourself to be transformed with this amazing light and love of God.

Breathe in and give thanks for this wonderful transformation and redemption and slowly come out of meditation and know that you are renewed and restored and redeemed and so it is.
