The Circle Of Life

This is a deep dive into the circle of life. I talk about the many ways we interact with the circle of life. From the planet, the sun the moon and our chakras we are in this infinite loop of life with no beginning or end. I do a talk and meditation that goes into our place in the circle of life.

A big Aloha! I'm Ruben Cindy Palos and I want to talk about circles. You know it's So amazing when you stop for a moment and think about how much in our Existence is based around circles. Now you can start with the cell, Then you can Move on and look at all the amazing things we have within our body that are Based around circles. Our whole spine, Circle of our head, Circle of our eyes. You know Circles upon circles then go into the circles of the planets. The circles of The moon around the planets. Joni Mitchell did a beautiful song called The Circle Game and we are kind of living in a circle game. If you stop and Think about it, The wheels of a tire, Train, Airplane, All the wheels based in The circle. And if we stop for a moment and ponder the circle, We can realize There's no beginning and there's no end. And even in computers you know it's O's X's O's. The circles you know at zero, Zero point circle. And with no beginning And end it's hard to separate where you are dwelling in that circle within a Circle within a circle within a circle within a circle. It goes on and on Infinity, Right? So if we were really looking at that amazing circle, We could Find that indeed in a circle which we're living in, On this circular planet Earth With the circular moon, Circular Sun, We can be anywhere in that circle. We can be In the middle of that circle. We could be anywhere in the realm of that circle. Now I have a friend, Dr. Gary Greenberg, Who's going to do a talk about microscopes and Telescopes. And if you think of a microscope and a telescope, They're based Around seeing in a circle. You look in that circle with your eyes and you see Things. Now Dr. Gary Greenberg has like nine patents on these microscopes that Can go down, See so amazingly tiny tiny tiny details. He's written books, Best-selling books about that, Looking at grains of sand. And he's also been Amazed as I have been as we've all looked at what's happened with Telescopes, The web telescope and beyond. And it's interesting how when we go Deeper within, Looking at the inner microscope of our mind, And of course our Circular chakras, As we go further and further within, There is in the Circular game of life a connection that we are also going further and further Beyond and beyond and beyond what we've ever gone before with the view of these Amazing telescopes that give us visions of absolute beauty and inspiration, Right? So, And if you think even of the sound music, Musical notes based around circles, The circle with the stem on them. Now I know some are kind of a little more Rectangular, More oval, I'm being oval than others, But the idea is that we are Expanding our consciousness as we begin to understand the power of a circle and The power of our own inner beingness. And we open up our mind, We open up our whole Energy field to begin to understand more and more what a miraculous, Magnificent Place the circle of life is. I mean, It's anyone that has studied and looked in Physicists and beyond, Doctors and beyond, Poets, Philosophers, Musicians, Anyone who's Looked at this has realized this is an amazing thing, This life. Think of an egg, Right? You know, We are absolutely miraculously made and a lot of that is Based on the circle. I wrote a poem today kind of based on that. It goes from here To there and all that space in between. From looking close to see what energy is In our very being. And once we discover that secret key, There is an opening where The light is perceived and a higher vision is revealed. And we create that Bridge we cross to understand the oneness of love alive in everything. From microscope To telescope, There is a circle of life where we focus on what it takes to relate And translate that love that created you and me. Now there's an amazing chance to Have that opening, That secret key can be found when we do allow ourselves to Understand that power of creation that's alive in us. We cannot, Just like you Can't separate a circle, We can't separate ourself from the very beginning and the Ultimate destiny. We can't separate and say this is this and that's that and I'm Not part of it because we are all apart and connected in so many different ways. It's absolutely amazing. So as we begin as practitioners or as people meditating or People discovering more about life, As we begin to understand and open up our minds, We can't help but affect what's going to be going on as the evolution continues to grow. And a lot of people think it's kind of a spiral like activity that grows, You know. So let's take a little time to meditate. Let's take a little time to explore that Inner journey that takes us within. So let's start with our breathing and let's just relax And just let go. Feel good. And sit with your spine erect and allow yourself to just be Present and breathe. Breathing a circular breath in as it goes up, Up, Up, Up. Your base of your Spine to the top of your head and then just releasing and letting go into that breath. As you breathe out, Letting go. Breathing deeply in, Holding your breath and breathing out. Seeing all the chakras in your spine from the base of the spine as you breathe up, Energizing it. Each part of each chakra energized as you breathe up, Up, Up to the top of your head And see that beautiful lotus light chakra there. And then just letting go. And now Let's just do a body scan. Let's scan your head and how does everything feel? Imagine, If you will, Circles of light spinning around inside your head, Going around clockwise, Clockwise, Clockwise, Clockwise. And as we breathe out, Circles going counterclockwise, Counterclockwise, Counterclockwise around our head. And let's do that with our neck. Let's Just imagine circles of light around our neck, Energizing, Purifying each of that energy field Cells there. Radiating it with light as you circle around the entire energy field of your Throat and let that energy go into your heart. Circles of light within the heart, Breathing in, Seeing circles of light going deeper and deeper and deeper within. Giving your heart space to Breathe, To breathe in love, To breathe in that breath of light. And now allow that energy field To go down into that third solar plexus, Spinning around all of that energy field, Energizing, Purifying, Healing. Down to the second chakra and allowing that energy field of light and love just To fill all of that energy field, Those chakras there. And now going down to the space there in The base of your spine and just allow that energy, Beautiful field to be full of the prana it needs. Allow it to drink in that energy as you breathe into it and allow that energy field to continue Down, Circling around your legs and your knees and your calves and your ankles. Down to your Feet and down, Down, Down. And now feel good. Just feel how much your body appreciated being Recognized and felt. And allow a beautiful energy field of circular light to go from the very, Very, Very, Very highest part of your chakra energy way up, Circling around in blue and gold, Circling all of your body round and round, Spiraling down, Down, Down through that whole Energy field down and down and down into the ground and beyond. And now imagine a big circle Of white light surrounding and protecting all of you and you are now a bubble, A beautiful bubble Of light, Completely protected right here and right now in this circle of life. And now imagine, Imagine the energy of your soul. Imagine what it feels like right now to be in the very essence of That life that holds your spirit force. See it as a beautiful golden bubble and energy field that, As you recognize it grows larger and larger and larger and it comes down and merges with your Entire energy field of your body and your mind and your emotions. Breathe it in, Breathe it out, Breathe soul breaths in and breathe it out. Sending love around your entire being here right Now. You are a being of light. You are a being of love. You are a being that is part of all creation In the universe. And allow that creational force of being to expand to the source of all creation. Just allow that energy to be alive with pure light and activate your entire higher self to Receive this energy right now. Feel how good that feels as you are receiving that pure energy from The source of all. Receive it, Allow it to come into your soul and down through all of who you Are into your crown chakra, Down through all of the chakras and out. Let it go through you and Let the rings of light like a rock thrown into a pool spread out, Spread out, Spread out to your Entire area where you're sitting, The entire area where you're being, The entire area in your Community, The entire area as it goes out and out and out into the universe. And feel the universal Light and love of peace right now, Right here, Right now. You are a perfect being of light and Love, One with the universe, One with all creation, One in that circle of life with no beginning. And no ending. Just feel how that feels and just feel that as you breathe and dwell here And allow yourself to just be here now. And slowly, Very slowly, Come on back. Come on back Slowly, Bringing all of that energy back into your consciousness, Your mind and your body and Your soul and feel regenerated and renewed and restored and feel good. You always have access To that entire wheel of life as it spins round. You can be in the center of that wheel of life, In the stillness there at the very source of all being.
