Solstice And Christmas Talk And Meditation

A Talk and Meditation on the winter solstice, Grand Conjunction, and Christmas. I explain some of the energy that comes at this time of year and how you can be aware and share it. Also, bring in the gift of the love present in Christ Consciousness.

My name is Cindy Paulus and I'm a metaphysical minister.

And what is a metaphysical minister?

Well,

I embrace all paths to God.

I believe in mystical meditation,

Which means going within.

Aloha,

Welcome everyone.

In Hawaii we say,

E komo mai,

Welcome.

And of course,

Mele kle ki mata.

It's about 81 degrees outside here.

It's a beautiful,

Warm day.

I know some people are going to be experiencing,

If they're in this hemisphere,

A very powerful event,

The winter solstice.

Of course,

We can't forget in other places in the world.

It's the opposite.

I know Australia and I think Brazil don't experience the winter solstice.

But for many of us here,

We have a very important day coming up.

Tomorrow is the winter solstice,

The burning of the yule log,

The bringing in of the light,

And also a grand conjunction.

Now,

I'm sure some of you have heard of this.

They're calling it the Christmas star,

For good reason.

I mean,

Maybe you've heard about this.

It's a conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn.

And they're two different influences astrologically.

Jupiter being the rather impetuous,

Kind of spontaneous,

Go for it person kind of energy.

And Saturn is the rather slow plotting.

They're going to get very,

Very close.

It's been like this,

Gosh,

It's been ages since it's been this close.

I think it was at 400 BC.

There was also one that was right after Christmas.

There was one at four or was it eight BC.

It was this close.

So that's why they're calling it the Christmas star.

And there was a conjunction of Venus and Saturn at two BC.

So some people,

Ah,

Yes,

Thank you.

It's so nice to have you here.

So some people really are calling this a very important auspicious day.

So winter solstice and this grand conjunction,

And if you follow astrology,

And I've studied it somewhat,

This is going to be ushering in a new time under the aspect of Aquarius.

I'm an Aquarian.

I love that.

We were in the Piscean influence before,

But now we're going to be going into a very interesting time and we deserve a good reset,

Don't you think?

I mean,

Yes,

We've gone through all of this stuff and had a chance to let go of a lot of challenging times.

And I think we're all ready for a new year at this point.

I turn through my meditation into myself when times are stressful,

I write more.

I've done three CDs this year,

Two books coming out,

One audio and one other one that's from my teachings here.

So I don't know if it's the same with you,

But we have all had to call on our higher self in our inner light and our highest aspect of our love to be able to be our full present highest self during this last year.

And I think the time is now where the rewards will come forth.

And I wanted to do a little bit of a meditation and read a poem or two I've written on this.

I've been meditating for a long time,

55 years,

Every day since I've been 13.

And I write after every meditation.

Now I love you Bernd and he reads poetry from other people,

But I call these my messages that I get after I meditate.

And I don't know if any of you do that.

But it's a wonderful practice because if you go inside,

And you make that inner connection,

Which we're going to do in a few minutes to our self,

Especially at this time of year when things are very,

Very powerful energetically,

We're going through a very interesting time.

And if you write down things that come to you,

You'll find many times that will reflect the energy that you have from your higher self from your soul.

I really would recommend any of you to try to do this practice,

Where you go inside meditate and maybe bring back a thought a word or any messages that might come.

It's truly changed my life.

I probably have,

I don't know,

18,

000 messages I've written.

I mean,

I have 12 CDs spoken word and things and six books,

Soon to be seven or eight books.

So this all comes from that energy that comes from meditation and going inside.

So this one in regards to the energy of what's happening cosmically,

I wrote as the cosmos line in space and time.

And we look up to the stars,

We discover the mysteries,

We discover the mysteries here,

So near inside and reflected out far.

And then we look up to the stars,

We discover the mysteries here,

So near inside and reflected out far.

And the constellations speak as does the star on that inner Christmas tree,

All products of this one bright light with a chance to join in spirit and shine forth that love in our life.

Through the experience of wonder and we share what we can find,

We are part of that cosmos.

We are alive with a life that shines celebrating this divinity of creation in this fertile field of space and time.

Now we all feel this energetic energy of the planets in different ways.

But I think we all can agree that if we go out and look up at the stars and this conjunction is happening actually at sunset.

And if you look for the thin crescent moon,

You'll see Jupiter and Saturn really,

Really close.

I mean just almost,

Almost kissing right there.

And so you can look at that and I find it very hypnotizing,

Very inspiring.

I get up at four in the morning and I go out in the morning and I look up at the stars and I see is there one star that's speaking to me and I just,

I raise my hands up.

This is before I meditate or anything.

I raise my hands up,

I communicate with that energy and I bring it back down in me because we are made from that cosmic fiber.

We're all from that one amazing source of light.

And when I look at the sparkling lights of the stars so far away,

I just went wow,

The planets too.

So what I'd like to do is do a little bit of a Christmas mystical meditation with you.

I wrote some mystical Christmas affirmations and also I'm going to take you through that energy of bringing that star,

That star light,

That beautiful star energy right into yourself.

And that way you can align with that energy because we all are one in that energy.

We are all from the same stardust.

We all have that beautiful energy of the planets and the cosmos and the universe alive right there within us.

And I don't know if some of you feel that in your soul but I hope you can because it's a beautiful,

Beautiful thing to align with.

Now I'm being reminded,

You burn so great,

But if you wish to make a donation it's very,

Powerful,

Mystical Christmas.

I know that Christ light is alive in me and I connect with that light every day.

Now just to comment on this,

When we say the Christ light we're speaking about Christ consciousness,

That energy that Jesus carried that aligned with the highest consciousness from the one light of all,

That Christed consciousness,

That Christed consciousness with which he performed all of his miracles in life came from that one light that he says it's not me,

It's the Father within me that does the work.

So we can connect with that thing.

Christ wanted us to also be Christed.

We have that power right there within us.

So don't deny it.

Open your heart to that powerful Christ light that actually performs miracles every day.

Maybe you recognize it,

Maybe you don't,

But I can tell you I've had some amazing miracles in my life and I recognize them.

Thank you.

I am the Christ-like being and I embraced Christ consciousness and a blessed way to be aware of this living light as a compass to guide me in my life.

Now we're coming through and again the northern hemisphere,

We're going through the time of darkness.

We're going to go into the winter solstice,

The longest time of darkness at night and there's a slight pause that happens from winter solstice tomorrow till three days.

We don't get new light.

It gets shorter and the days will get more light in after three days.

But did you know there's a pause that happens for three days after the winter solstice leading us up to Christmas?

So in this pause we can balance that light and dark and merge that energy in that amazing time where we're also finding a balance of Jupiter and Saturn,

Two completely different planets.

So this is something we can take into our meditation and feel and pause and allow this balance to come into our whole life and get prepared to let go of this last year of 2020 and open and usher up a beautiful wonderful new era.

This is our time to reset.

This is our reset button coming up and I hope we all can take advantage of it.

The Christ light is ignited at Christmas time and at any time I choose to follow in the footsteps of the master.

I shine my light forward to the world and I remember that Christ was a living example of how we seek to live with love in our life and I thank God for bringing this energy to earth and to all the teachers who manifest it and bring it forth.

You my dear friends,

My spirit brothers and sisters present here today are a living manifestation of spirit.

Do you recognize that beautiful energy that you have in you?

Let's go inside and experience some of that beautiful energy.

We're going to do a visualization of bringing the Christmas star,

That beautiful conjunction or whatever you wish to call that lights,

The brightest light into our whole being here now.

So we know breath sweeps mind.

So let's breathe in that beautiful light that is present in that conjunction in the planets,

In the Christ,

In the presence of that spirit within.

Breathing that energy in and trying to be sensitive to that energy and feeling that energy as we breathe it in.

Holding that breath of light and breathing it totally out.

Just releasing any tension.

We've all been rather busy with a lot of things going on.

We just want to be aware of our body.

We want to be aware of our breath.

As we breathe in this energy,

Welcome that light of this energy,

This energy of the light breath coming in and holding it and now letting all of that light coming down and through our entire body.

Being grateful,

Ever so grateful,

Remembering that as we are grateful,

We are turning on that light switch of love.

Gratitude brings in that light and love.

So let's breathe in a couple of breaths of gratitude here.

Think of what you have to be grateful for as you breathe in and slowly allow that light switch of positive energy to allow that gratitude to bring a smile to your entire being.

A smile to your face,

A smile to your body,

A smile to your soul.

Bringing in that smile from our soul and now imagine right now that that light,

That brilliant light,

That light of that grand conjunction,

The light that the magi followed is there within your third eye.

Breathe in that light.

Allow your whole third eye and your head to be filled right now with the brilliant,

Violent white light circling all of your head area.

The pinpoint starlight light now filling your entire head area.

See that light so brilliant right there within you and your head area and your third eye.

Breathe it in and allow that light to come on down as a pinpoint starlight into your throat,

Allowing your energy of your throat chakra to be enlightened with that beautiful brilliant starlight from the one light.

This is your creative center.

It's a beautiful,

Beautiful green radiating out and wonderful rays all around you shining forth that wonderful energy.

If there's any tension you're feeling,

If there's any blocks that you might have,

Now is the time to let that energy or blocks that might be there to let them be healed by this pinpoint starlight of the one light.

And now breathe in this wonderful energy,

This pinpoint starlight from the one light of all that Christ light into your heart.

That Christ light into your heart.

Feel this beautiful energy in your heart.

Can you feel your heart absorbing all of this star?

Visualize the star of the one light of all that Christ light star right there making a home in your heart.

See a beautiful,

Beautiful pink green energy there.

And let yourself right now feel yourself having this blossom from Mother Mary,

The blossom of the rose,

The holy rose.

I love Mother Mary.

Feel her energy as a rose in your heart right now.

That divine feminine,

That beautiful energy that Mother Mary carried is love.

The love light that brought forth the Christ is right there in your heart.

If there's anything that you feel that needs to be released,

This is the pause time where you can now choose to let go of the past and free that energy.

You've paid your dues.

You've gone through everything you needed to go through in this last year's.

Let's clear away any of the old clutter.

Let's clear away any blocks in the heart.

And let's all open our hearts up to this beautiful blossom of one rose that's there and see that light from the star shining in the center of that rose.

Breathe it in and let it take you to the heart of the heart of God.

Feel yourself connected to that one holy light and love of God there in your heart.

Every single one of you,

We're all sharing this one love.

Thank you.

Breathe it in.

Let's all shine that love light out to the world.

There are so many who have gone through so much this year in suffering and pain.

They could use our love.

They could use our light.

They could use God's loving light that is present in that star within.

And if we wish right now,

We can feel it within everyone present here.

Give yourself a minute to feel the energy that's present.

I feel it in my hands.

I feel it tingling in my heart.

Do you feel it?

Can you feel this love?

Let this love expand so we all share this network like a chalice,

A divine chalice being formed by each and every one here right now.

This is a golden chalice that absolutely is present throughout every single light worker here.

And we send this as a circle of light and love out to the planet.

In this wonderful auspicious time,

Let's visualize the planet,

Visualize the entire planet,

Visualize the entire planet surrounded by this light of the one star shining forth.

This wonderful positive energy of love is being sent to all areas as we merge the dark and light and bring light to all of those in the shadows who are suffering,

Who have had loss and loss and pain,

To all of those here in spirit and to those who may be present,

Who have loved ones,

Who have moved on.

We send our love to any of those beings who have moved on and we are so grateful to them for all they have given us and for their presence watching over us.

We see the entire energy network vibrating with this one beautiful light,

The entire planet surrounded by this light and love from the star that shines so bright above.

And now we see the whole planet enlightened with light and love.

We see it responding to this energy glowing with the peace that comes when we are present in this energy of light and love.

It is the peace that passeth understanding.

Feel it,

Absorb it and now feel this light and love from the planet coming back 100 fold,

One million fold like the light of the brightest light of a million suns.

It is here right now with us.

And now we're going to take this beautiful energy,

This point from the one star of light that's here and allow our whole body,

Our torso,

Our third chakra,

Our golden light there to be completely bathed in that pinpoint from that starlight and anything that needs to be healed,

Any stress that needs to be let go of is now gone.

Breathe that energy in and allow it come down to our second chakra where any feelings may be there.

Allow this energy we've gathered together to be now allowing ourselves to let go of any emotions and old things that now need to be released and see it as a beautiful peach light filling our whole second chakra and the pelvis area.

And now allow that light from the one star to go down into our root chakra and see it as a ruby red flower blossoming at the starlight,

This pinpoint,

This energy that completely balances that energy of dark and light and allows the light to come in and totally enlighten you from the root chakra all the way up our spine,

Now clear to the top of our head and up to our crown chakra and that lotus,

That crown is a beautiful light of lavender and gold and white.

It is a crown that is on your head that is now vibrating with energy as you open your own crown chakra into that chalice that connects you to your soul,

That presence with you in spirit lifetime after lifetime after lifetime your soul is there right now perched in you and coming down into your mind,

Your heart,

Your entire being,

And now I'd like you to receive a message from that one star light energy from your soul to you,

A Christmas message.

What would your soul have you know?

What would your soul say to you right now?

What message?

Take a moment,

Pause,

Awaken to your soul,

Feel any message that needs to come to you right now,

And now allow yourself to absorb it.

And I'm going to read you a message I got the other day.

It's a Christmas poem.

What if we were to awaken on Christmas morning and be a light alive with the love of the one master and if we could look deep inside and see the master's eyes and find the power and the truth that is awakened there,

What would that energy of the one light of the love of the master say and speak to us in a voice so pure and so new,

Asking us just to love ourselves as God loves us.

And what if we were asked to follow him?

What then would we do?

For once upon a time,

So very long ago,

He walked upon this earth and brought us his light.

They changed the path of this world so that the people could know that this light,

This consciousness,

This path will bring us peace.

And we can forgive all those who once caused us any pain and we can find that our heart is healed again.

We can give our gifts at this time of year and we can sing our favorite songs as we try to remember the reason for the season.

Sometimes we are so tired and hope is something gone,

But what if we were to awaken on Christmas morn and find that love of love reborn.

I would love to see and wish that each one of you can celebrate this time where spirit is manifest here on earth through us,

Through that Christ consciousness,

Through that love,

Through that light,

That light that is in each and every single one of you to know.

There is no limit.

There is no limitations placed upon this love.

Every single being here and throughout the world has that soul.

And that is what we are here to do.

We are here to be.

We are here to be.

We are here to be.

And every single one of you throughout the world has that soul with the purpose to know love,

To be love,

To be beloved,

To be loving,

To be lovable.

And you all are.

And I just feel very,

Very blessed to be able to be here with you.

For me,

Meditation is a very quiet inner thing that I do early in the day.

I am doing these on Sundays now and it is a new thing for me.

I have really never shared live meditations before.

So this is a whole wonderful new field I have been urged by spirit to share.

And I appreciate your being there and supporting it.
