Aloha my friends,
My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about the fact that there are miracles happening in every single moment of life.
And there are angels that are always there to guide and protect you.
And it's interesting to me that we have to exist in a kind of in-between level,
Where we're not too distracted by all the beauty and all the goodness and all the fantastic energy that is around us.
So we focus on something in the middle,
Just to get things done,
Because our mind wants to focus on accomplishing something.
And then we have to go away from the amazing beauty and glory and angelic presences that are surrounding us.
Um,
What we focus on,
Of course,
Is what we get done.
So I understand that,
But I love to be able to be present in meditation or when I'm listening to music and feel that angelic presence,
That heavenly energy.
Now,
You can take that and integrate that into the way you do things.
And that I find is very helpful when we blend that higher and highest energy into accomplishing what we have to get done.
And it can happen if we pause,
You know,
In between humming along at a certain pace or doing certain things.
If we just pause and just,
Wow,
Be aware.
Now,
The interesting thing is that music can be used as a tool in accomplishing this.
I've always loved music.
I've been a music lover all my life and I have like 16 and maybe 17 albums out.
But,
Um,
I do a lot of spoken word and then some songs as well.
But I have found that when I have that ability to create the music and when I can listen to that music,
When I'm going around doing things,
Oh,
What a gift that is,
You know,
Because it will remind you,
It'll bring that heavenly energy forth.
We're so blessed to be able to have that gift.
I find art can do that as well.
Seeing,
If you go to a museum and see amazing art,
It will lift your spirits and give you clues,
Little insight into what's going on.
There are these fabulous gifts that we can find that are kind of timeless,
That will bring us more awareness of how amazing life really is.
Never block out that gift,
That precious,
Precious gift of being able to be inspired and to get that insight from those gifts that are present.
Can you see the angels?
They surround you with love,

Do you feel the blessings they bring us to the end?
Their wings protect and hold you from the dangers that appear.
Yes,
You have guardian angels that watch over you in life here.
And can your vision possibly see the angel you will one day be with the power to return one fine day and help you when you pray?
For there are angels waiting to be born inside each of us is this evolving form until finally we'll be reborn and we'll become the angels of the morn.
For now on earth we hide behind our ego and our pride.
We cannot even see the angels that are watching over you and me.
Can you see the angels?
They surround you with love,

Do you feel the blessings and everything?
Can you hear the songs that ring?
Listen to the birds that sing.
They have the messages of joy and a higher way to fly and be happy each day.
Perhaps they really know that one day we will grow.
Yes,
We are evolving,
You know,
With the buds there deep within our souls.
And one day we will be free of these earthly ties and we will grow wings and fly far into heavenly realms and cross over into distant lands and soar through space and time until one day with light we'll be refined and we will meet the queen of angels and then we might find guardian angels were with us all the time although we could not see their presence is such a blessing as they watch over you and me.
And one day we'll all be angels and one day we'll all be free to soar across the heavens for there is a budding angel that is waiting there in you and me.
Yes,
You are an angel,
