I'm taking a walk in Sedona.
Aloha,
I'm Rev.
Cindy Palos,
And it's a peaceful,
Beautiful morning in Sedona.
Blue sky,
I see a jet streaking overhead,
Got these beautiful red rock formations on one side,
And a vista of magical rocks around,
Of course,
The pine trees,
The juniper,
The red trail.
And I'm just going to walk with you in peace here on the red rocks and the trail in the morning here in Sedona.
Let's just breathe in this beautiful,
Powerful energy,
Feeling the energy filling our head and our neck,
Our heart,
Our whole third chakra and all the organs there,
Calling in the light to the liver and the kidneys,
The spleen,
The pancreas.
Breathe in to the whole pelvis area and the second chakra,
Just releasing any tension in the body.
And now breathe in to the beautiful red root base spine.
And just allow the energy,
The prana of this sacred place to fill your entire body,
From the crown of your head down through your body,
Down through your arms,
Your legs,
Down into the earth below.
And you're in a vortex of beautiful light here in Sedona,
Light from the highest one present.
Feel it and just breathe.
Breathing in,
Sighing,
Breathing out,
Releasing any tension.
Breathing in,
Being present in the essence of perfect energy.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Just sigh.
And I'm walking by some beautiful daisies,
Little white daisies,
And a light breeze is passing through,
Gently caressing them.
Walking on the path,
No one else out here,
Just you and me in the morning time,
Walking in peace.
And as I walk,
I feel a soft breeze caress me.
As I walk,
I hear a bird call out.
As I walk,
I feel the energy of the huge red rocks on the side of me.
As I walk,
I am in peace.
As I walk,
I thank the juniper trees,
The pine trees,
The sage that's growing on the ground.
As I walk,
I am grateful for life and the love that created this perfect spot in nature where the art of nature is alive with the energy of creation.
Just breathing,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing deeply in,
Aligning your whole being with the highest energy possible from the cosmos.
Feel it coming into your entire body.
Let go of any thoughts,
Any tension,
Just let yourself be.
Walking along on the red ground,
Over the rocks,
I hear a helicopter,
Yeah,
Doing a tour overhead.
And slowly I'm going to close out this beautiful time together as we say thank you,
God,
For allowing us to be alive,
Walking in this amazing and beautiful spot of Sedona in nature,
And thanking you for joining me on a bit of the walk today.
God bless you always.
