You This world is always in need of peace I'm reminded of that when I watch the news The human race seems always at odds fighting for the power to control what others believe and say and do But wait and take a moment just a moment of your time and Imagine a place of peace that is alive there deep inside It carries a calm born of understanding and great compassion for the illusions that blind our eyes and Once you realize that you can feel it has all you need to find There's a softness and a blessing as beautiful as the breath of a butterfly in flight that brings This peace beyond the world of conflict where we fight for what we believe There is a love that's calling for a piece that cannot be bought or sold It's a gift that's given for free and it's a blessing from the one source of all and it can be find Inside us if we can just believe Everyone has peace within we were born with it inside It was there in the light of heaven's grace and it's waiting for us when we die Once you know you have it Don't let a day go by without a moment at the break of day Or whenever there's chaos where you may reside Take a moment and imagine peace Call on the one who found it in the desert there For you can pray for peace and you will find Its blessings will appear You
