Aloha,
I'm Rev.
Cindy Palos and today we're going to be re-energized and renewed and restored and redeemed and brought into a new light.
It's so amazing in this path how we get so used to doing our work and spending time being busy that sometimes we don't have enough time to re-energize ourselves.
I like to always get up very early and meditate before the sun rises.
I've been doing that all my life,
At least from the age 13 and on.
And that's a sacred time for me.
That's when I meditate and then I write down what comes to me and then I print it out and I write a poem.
It can be a time for you to use in a very special way whatever you need to do.
Maybe you are writing a book or maybe you have thoughts or maybe you need to use this special time to set your intention for the day and your motivation as does His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
But it is important to try to meditate in the beginning of the day to connect with that one source there within.
And I'm going to do this next meditation in three parts because I wrote a book called Prayers,
Affirmations,
And Meditations.
And I found that if I do all three of these things that I'm supercharging my energy,
The positive affirmation brings a lot of good energy to lay the groundwork for what I wish to accomplish.
The prayer brings in the higher source to then allow that higher energy to come in and then the meditation combines all that and opens you up to receive what you need to allow what needs to be done to happen.
So this is going to be a time where I want you to just totally be open and allow the affirmations to recharge you and allow the prayers to connect you to God and allow the meditations to do their work so that you can blossom and listen and find that place within where all of these can recharge you,
Renew you,
And restore you and redeem you.

Right?
Let's start with affirmations.
I have the power to begin anew.
There is a new hope in my life.
There is a new path of love and light open to me.
I know I am being guided to find the best way to go.
I feel good about my new life and I look forward to the changes that will come.
I trust that every step of my way is leading me to fulfill my true purpose.
Thank you God for leading me along the perfect path to begin my life anew.
And so it is.
There for behold I make all things new.
Lord thank you.
For behold you make all things new.
And when I am weary from the ways of the world,
Your light will come from the highest and bring new energy and a new dream for the light that is there.
And behold there is a new joy,
A new reason for being,
A new love that brings the wings of this light to the heart of hearts and lifts the spirit to the new heaven that is waiting to be seen.
And then behold the light of God as it comes through you to the earth.
And though you have been laden with the many cares of the world,
A new hope will come to you and a new path of love for the one who brings this light will guide you to know a better way to be the one who lives with the spirit of God and the joy of knowing the light of the soul within the time that is given here on earth.
And behold I make all things new.
So be born again of this light and breathe in this joy and find that love that is yours to share.
And smile with the knowing of this divine gift and let your life reflect this love with the gratitude of the one who has been given a new life by the one who knows no death,
Just the resurrection of spirit.
And in you is this chance to behold the spirit for this new life of love,
This new hope of love as the dream of life eternal.
For behold I make all things new.
Meditation on behold I make all things new.
Breathe in deeply and take a moment to be comfortable and have your spine erect and let the energy flow through you,
Bringing in that new light and that new energy to restore you.
Find that place within that is the source of all new energy.
Breathe it in and feel it coming through you as you breathe out and let it come to every part of your body that needs attention,
Re-energizing you,
Bringing you new enthusiasm.
And go into your heart and feel that love of loves,
The pure light there,
That new light that restores you and let it take you to that secret place of love within.
And trust it enough to believe the words that will come and will guide you to be renewed.
Behold I make all things new.
Accept this truth and allow that light of the Lord to bring you that new light,
That new love,
The love of the divine that lives in you and in everything.
Listen,
Listen and hear the guidance that you can find.
Let go of the busy mind and just be in tune as you are in that new light of the Lord.
Find God's love that will guide you to find that timeless inner soul that holds what you behold,
That holds that purpose for you to find right now.
Be open to your purpose.
Feel the enthusiasm and excitement as you know there is this energy that can renew you with God's great love.
For that love is your true answer and you need to believe this love is the key to opening the door to your true destiny.
To love without limitation.
To listen every day to the heartbeat and the sound of light.
Right now listen to the sound of that heartbeat and the sound of light.
Let that very energy be aligned with your purpose in life.
Absorb it.
Be at one with this energy that holds the breath of God's love,
The Holy Spirit that can speak to you.
So you can be an instrument of love.
You can be an instrument of peace.
And you can bring that love and that peace forth and the sounds and the music and the energy of each and every gift that is alive in the truth of God's harmony.
Listen.
Listen to the heartbeat of creation.
Be in tune with that rhythm of love and that energy of the universe.
And allow the cosmic mysteries to come to you and inspire you.
To unfold in you as you behold the power that is waiting for you right now within you and your soul as you align with that one light and one love of God.
Behold.
I make all things new.
Listen to the sound of life.
Listen to each breath and be attuned to the force that draws you to that light,
That magnet.
Each and every breath holds the energy of your being that is the gift that lives in the heartbeat of God.
And it gives you that love you need to be attuned,
To be dedicated to your soul's purpose.
Listen and believe and accept that purpose right now.
Be aligned with that purpose that you have in life and energize yourself with this energy of light and with love and allow that spirit to speak to you,
To be a part of God's greater purpose with the holy energy it reveals.
Be aligned with that heartbeat of love and let it guide you every day deeper and deeper and deeper until you become the heartbeat of God's great love.
Now slowly come out of meditation feeling re-energized,
Renewed and restored.
